Peacful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love Legacy, it's peaceful, clean and well stocked. This is the second time we stayed here and will stay here again. I can see our party on the beach from our apartment. The kids enjoyed the pool and we were close to everything.

Gated condo community also added extra comfort knowing that our bikes and cars were safe. Location is fantastic- 1 mile easy bike ride to heart of seaside.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is great! The only problem was when trying to get through the entrance gate onto the complex upon our initial arrival. It seems that I was never given the gate code, I had to call into your office that evening while parked at the gate to get the proper code. Going forward, please make sure that all door/gate codes are included in the arrival documents and that they are all correct.

Great location! Great condo

Condo exceeded our expectations. Beautiful…spacious and comfortably accommodated 10 of us. Private beach access was great and the pool was amazing. The only feedback I would have is the management company provided information regarding rentals. However it was not at all clear that our rental included 1 free beach set up per day. The management company provided us a rental company that said they could only provide us backpack chairs. Luckily we called ahead and didn’t waste our rental credit! Other than this tiny hiccup everything was amazing. We definitely want to return!

The best location and stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Legacy was an excellent location! The beach access was the best part of the trip, easy to get umbrella and chair service since it’s offered right on the beach. The pool was very clean and nice to have when kids were tired of the rough waves. The pool was a little small when numerous guests were there together so we had to take turns getting in if big kids were in the pool since our kids are small. Our unit was very clean and overall a great experience. We did notice the vacuum needs to be replaced (tried vacuuming several times and it essentially wasnt working). We also expected to at least have a starter roll of TP in the bathrooms when we arrived but there was none (thank goodness we brought our own)! The unit itself could use some Renos, the master bathroom air vent is molding because there’s no external venting for the steam. We would absolutely stay here again. Was such a wonderful week!

Property was as described. Beatitful view and easy bike ride/walk to so many restaurants and shopping. We had a few lilttle hiccups at start with the coffee maker and AC unit but they quickly got it resolved. I would recommend packing some supplies like coffee filters, salt/pepper etc as there is none of this in the unit; however there are plenty of cooking utensils/pots/pans etc. We would definitely rent here again .

Fantastic Beach Front Getaway

I highly recommend this ocean front condo. It was perfect for a family reunion with spacious bedrooms and three full baths. It has one of the best views around and was very clean with tasteful decor. We hope to come back!

Amazing views and perfect location

I have been going to Seagrove for almost 20 years and this was the best place to stay in and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The views were fabulous and the kids could bike to Seaside easily. The week went by way too fast and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Very Nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay. The location is right across the street from the gas station so noise was a bit of an issue. The condo is very nice and has great views of the gulf. The location is also in walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

great stay!

Loved the property, location was great. Glad the construction next door was not too loud. Was unaware a new property was being built. Sad to loose the sunset view to it but so close to the beach and amenities it gave us just what we were looking for. Love to revisit again.
