Features include an open-plan living space, en-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms, a ground-floor bedroom for accessibility, a large dining area, outdoor grill, private pool, and spa.

House is absolutely beautiful and the pictures don't do it full justice. Very clean and well stocked. Short bike ride to multiple beach accesses. The pool and the hot tub are amazing. Check in and check out were easy and communication with the property management was very prompt. Probably my favorite beach house we have stayed in on 30A.

Absolutely loved this property. Already planning our next trip!

We loved this house so much. I would say these pictures don’t even do this house justice. It’s beautiful inside, so clean and new, very well decorated. About 2 blocks from the beach, very close to a beach access. We loved having a golf cart to ride up to the Seaside Circle or the beach. So many amazing restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for hosting us!

Absolutely Beautiful Home

This home was simply amazing. It was beautiful and had everything we needed and enough space to relax and enjoy. The house was super clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfortable, and location was great. The neighborhood was mostly quiet and proximity to the beach was a bike ride or short walk away. Check-in was easy. The property management team was BEYOND responsive and helpful! Overall, a great stay!

Gorgeous, clean home with pristine pool!

We loved our stay at this beach house. The host was very responsive to our needs which were few. The house had fresh, clean white linens throughout. There were 7 bicycles and 6 beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach. The house was comfortably decorated with natural woods/furniture. The laundry is conveniently located next to the garage so you do not track sand past the entryway. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing and clean. The house is close to 2 separate public beach entrances (less than half a mile drive). The outdoor patio has a grill which worked perfectly and was clean when we arrived. Everything about this house was so lovely and CLEAN! We wondered if we were the first people to ever stay in it. We are already looking to rebook next year!
