This 8 bedroom home is situated in an amazing location on the south side of 30A in Dune Allen Beach. The home receives multiple water views from The Gulf of Mexico and Allen Lake, with plenty of opportunity to take them in from any of the three balconies. The home is ideally located just steps from the Dune Allen Public Beach Access. No long rides up and down 30A looking for beach access with parking; this home offers a relaxing vacation by the beach with less hassle.

Dune Allen Beach is on the west end of Scenic Highway 30A, and is well known for its open coastal scenery, Dune Lakes, and fantastic beaches. The iconic Stinky's Fish Camp is just a short distance from the house. Dune Allen is just a short walk east from the house.

The coastal dune lakes are so rare that they are only found in the Beaches of South Walton and remote portions of Africa and Australia.

You will receive the door code and check in instructions 24 hours prior to check in.

Outside you will find an in ground pool on the north side of the house and a BBQ Grill.

Inside you will find the following:
First level: 3 bedrooms with 1 King bedroom, 1 bunk room (sleeps 2), 1 bunk room (sleeps 4)
Second level: Main floor with Living room and Kitchen and 1 queen bedroom
3rd level: 3 bedrooms with a Master bedroom with a King bed, 1 King bedroom, 1 King bedroom
4th level: Trundle bed (2 twin beds)

There is a public beach access just a short walk away! Please see photos of where beach access is.

PLEASE USE FORT PANICE BEACH ACCESS SHOWN IN PICTURES TO ACCESS THE BEACH. DO NOT CUT THROUGH THE NEIGHBORS PROPERTY TO GO TO THE BEACH, THAT IS PRIVATE PROPERTY.

The pool is not heated

The garage is not available for guest use. It is for owner use only.
