“Life’s a Beach” is a cozy condo conveniently located on Scenic 30A. This condo features one bedroom with a king size bed, a set of bunk beds, 2 parking spaces, stainless steel appliances, 2 smart tvs, and a sofa, comfortably sleeping up to 5 guests (smaller families preferred).

Beautiful coastal decor balanced with rustic touches gives this space an inviting and relaxing feeling. Enjoy the balcony that overlooks a luscious, landscaped courtyard… the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon drink.

Enjoy all Beachwood Villas has to offer, including 2 pools (one heated seasonally), a tennis court, shuffleboard, a playground, a laundry facility, outdoor grills, and local beach accesses! There are 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available for guests to use. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas from Coastal Parasail (www.waltoncountychairs.com).

Forget something? Within walking distance, there is a convenience store, restaurants, activities, and shops. Publix supermarket is less than 2 miles away.

Beached out? Just a short car ride away there are lots of places to shop and hang out, including some favorites such as Silver Sands Outlet, Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Wharf, and Pier Park. There are also several golf courses in the area!

Nice beach getaway

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It had a good size kitchen and comfortable bed. We liked the proximity to beach access. The manager was responsive and corrected the few issues we had quickly. We would stay here again.

Great property!

Home was very clean, and perfect for a quick getaway to the beach. Communication was fantastic and felt I could go to host if we needed anything. It was stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies, towels and even extra bedding. Beach access was convenient and was super close to resort pool. Would definitely stay here again!

The booking process was straight forward, property host was easy to communicate with, and the unit was easy to access. It had everything we needed and as a couple we we were very comfortable. There are 2 pools on property as well as shuffleboard and tennis courts. The second floor balcony was nice. Good location with bike rentals right next door and easy access to the beach.

Great location & considerate hosts

First off, a 3 min walk to the beach is amazing! Right next to great restaurants, bike rentals, and a quick drive to classic 30A destinations! We had a few hiccups during our stay due to storms and the host was quick to respond & resolve our issues! Great spot in Seagrove!!

Perfect place!

Definitely recommend this property to anyone looking and would stay again! It’s super close to the beach which made it easy and come and go. Our kids loved the pool and we liked that we could see the pool from our balcony. We had a small issue with the fridge during our stay but the property manager and owner were both super helpful in resolving the issues and were more than accommodating throughout the process.

Great stay.

The condo was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable. Close to anything you could need. We will definitely stay here, again! We had a power outage one afternoon, and Kelly (the manager of the unit) texted us as soon as she received the alert to make sure we were alright. Kelly is awesome.

Great place for a great price

We go to Seagrove Beach every year for Spring Break. This is the first time staying across the street from the beach. I was worried about beach access but the public beach was just down the street a short walk. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I loved that the unit was close to the street and very easy get to. We rented bikes from Butterfly Kayak. Had a wonderful week!

Beach vacation in Seaside

Condo was clean, quiet & bed is comfortable. Nice deck. It is a 2nd floor condo so best suited for someone that doesn’t mind climbing a set of stairs. Surrounding complex had two decent pools, bathrooms & laundry rm. A quick walk to the public beach. First time to this part of Florida& it is a bit confusing w/private & public beach areas. There is a new public access being built w/ a ramp for those that can’t handle a long set of stairs. It is a little bit further down from current access, but will be directly in front of public beach, so less confusing to find. I think public restrooms will also be included. Condo is a bit outdated but still nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay at Beachwood Villas 2F

We would stay again. Condo was clean, well-stocked with bath towels and needed things for kitchen. Good price, bike rentals, ice cream, Subway within walking distance. Walk to beach in less than 5 minutes. This condo was a great space for us to meet up with our airman, Tyndall AFB. Had games and books, great for family time. A little disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect for a family of 4

The property was described accurately on the listing. The absolute best thing was the short walk to the beach. We went during the day and evening every day we were there. There are a few shops within walking distance. There was plenty of parking at the condo. Kelley was very responsive and answered any questions we had. My kids loved the bunk beds and pools. The king bed was really comfortable. It’s such a great location and the price makes it even better. We’ll definitely be back!

My daughter and I had a girls get away. Condo was perfect. Had everything we needed…kitchen was adequately stocked, nice beach chairs, bed was extremely comfortable, private shaded balcony and very clean unit. Overall fantastic place. Just a short walk to the beach and pool. Great restaurants in Seaside and the Red Bar restaurant in Grayton Beach is a must! Parking is limited in Grayton Beach…. highly recommend the Tram service. It’s free and so convenient. Oversll, great condo! And loved the srea.

Birthday Trip

We have stayed at Beachwood Villas a couple of times now and for good reasons. The community is older but well maintained. Our unit was updated, clean, and matched the pictures perfectly. It is in a great location, close to everything and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The community is always quiet and typically has a good amount of children present. Kelly was extremely responsive. My son loved the bunk beds and the master bed was very comfortable. Our unit overlooked the pool so if my son wanted to stay inside while i read by the pool, he could see me and i could see him.

Great location!

This was a convenient place to stay with my family! Beach was across the street, my kids loved the bunk beds, it had a fun pool, check in was simple, and it had plenty of room and a large kitchen.

It was just across 30A from the public beach access and a pretty easy walk to the beach. Kitchen had the necessities and the place was very clean. Comfortable king size bed also. The bed does not leave any room for a dresser or anything to put your luggage on, but the bed does sleep good and that's the important thing.Overall not just a great value but very livable for a few days at the beach.
