- Please note that significant property improvements are scheduled from September 2026 through early spring 2027, including renovation of the existing pool and construction of a new pool. During this time, guests may experience pool closures, intermittent changes to beach walkway access, and construction noise during normal working hours. The existing pool is expected to remain closed throughout the project.
