Love me tender stay

We loved the property and it’s so close to everything in Seaside. The private beach was also lovely and so close to the house. You can see the ocean but there is trees blocking a full view. Would definitely stay here again!

Love Me Tender property was PERFECT in every way. Two minute walk to the beach and minute walk to the Central Square - Best location on 30A and the property was decorated just perfectly. Will definitely stay again at the same place and will definitely recommend with 5 stars!!!!!

Annual Fall Trip to Seaside

We had an amazing week in this amazing cottage. We usually stay in an oceanfront cottage but we booked late and they were all reserved. The property was perfectly appointed, plenty of space, very clean, and super cozy! The street noise from kids was a bit loud but it was fall break for many. We will return - thank you!!!

The ice maker didn’t work but the rental agency responded and agreed to reimburse us for ice. It was 4th of July so I’m sure all the appliance repair co were closed or super busy. The location is amazing and you just can’t beat it. The only things I’d add to this unit are a broom, a laundry basket & sometime or bench or shelf for down stairs to lay things on when doing laundry. Other than that the house is perfect!! Would love to stay again.

Amazing location

This is a very clean unit, light, airy & comfortable. We loved how the space lived & that we could see the ocean. The location is amazing as advertised. The management company generously let us check in several hours early & we appreciated that. My husband & I rented the downstairs unit last year & after hearing the noise from the guests upstairs, decided to rent up this year hoping the noise factor would be decreased or diminished….but not so. We could hear the parents & young baby like they were down the hall, not of their own fault. We also felt like we had to tip toe around not to bother them. What guests need to know is you probably wont find a rental this nice beach-side in Seaside for this rate, the trade off is you share a building with potential other guests with only locked door at the stairs between you. The upstairs unit has access to the washer & dryer & a partial ocean view, the downstairs has an outdoor shower on the porch we truly missed this year. We will splurge next year on a single unit as the noise was not worth the rental savings to us. Im still giving this rental 5 stars because the listing does disclose that this property is actually 2 units. Other details that did not affect our stay much were ice maker was not functional upon arrival even tho I had addressed with mgmt co prior & was told it had been repaired. Ceiling fan is on same frequency as downstairs unit so fan would suddenly be on high & we never located a remote to adjust fan for ourselves.

Lovely stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Honeymoon Cottage! You really cannot beat this location. It was steps away from the beach and town. The house is very clean with comfortable bed and plenty of natural light. I also loved having my coffee and reading on the screened in porch every morning. Thank you for having us! We will be back!

Excellent property

The property was great and the location was amazing! The only negative had zero to do with property and more to do with seaside… They high school teenagers are out of control drinking, fighting, stealing bikes and music blaring all night… Seaside did implement 7:00pm curfew last night but probably needs it both the week before and after Memorial Day… However, the property was amazing and the communication with property management was easy and fast! I highly recommend this house!

Nice place but not secure from other unit

This is a nicely decorated, well equipped and comfortable unit. It is also conveniently located to downtown Seaside and a beach access. However, it should be disclosed in the description that there is no door to secure the upstairs living area. The downstairs unit has a door with a deadbolt but the upstairs unit is more like a loft area that anyone in the house could access via the stairs. The bathroom also has openings to the stairwell that is only covered with free hanging blinds. Thankfully the people below us respected our area and there was no issue. This would work great for two groups that know one another well but should not be booked as two separate units.

Our Stay at Love Me Tender

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in a perfect location, steps from the beach and the center of Seaside with its shops and restaurants. The decor is lovely and the screened in deck is a perfect space. The management is very responsive, quickly answering any requests . That being said, prior to our stay the remote operating shades should have been charged. One was broken and we had to charge several, which was difficult to reach without a step ladder. We loved our stay but the one negative is the refrigerator. It was set at 2 and for the first several days all was fine, but after that everything started freezing. We had to throw out a dozen eggs, hummus, limes even after turning it down to 1.

Great location

Great location and quick access to the beach. The condo was a dream. The only let down I would say were the the trees obstructing the view. If they were trimmed down a bit it, it would provide a larger view of the gulf. Nonetheless it was a great place !

Alot of work for a family place but was nice

Place was beautiful but was a few minor problems like sometimes the electric blinds would work sometimes not so when we finally got them down in certain areas of the house we would just leave them down. Alot of stairs between where you stay and the beach so if you got alot of stuff to carry back and forth you will get a work out in but other than that a nice place

10 years in Seaside

This was our 10th year to Seaside. Location was absolutely perfect! And home was the right side for me and my husband. Only complaint was the refrigerator was quite loud, but it was a minor annoyance and was overruled by how great the property was generally.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The proximity to the beach and downtown seaside was PERFECTION (right across from Black Bear Bread Co and steps to East Ruskin Pavilion). We had friends staying in Watercolor which was only a short 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive to meet up. Having access to the bikes was also super fun to ride around! We ate out for most meals, but the kitchen had all the basics in case you wanted to cook something - however keep in mind the fridge is a small counter height size. The cherry on top of this place - it was dog friendly and our pup enjoyed snoozes on the screened-in porch. Our ONLY feedback would be to add some permanent towel hooks in the bathroom and porch (for beach towels); as well as some blinds or plantation shutters for the bathroom for some more privacy (it has some window pass-throughs into the stairwell where our next door neighbors could most definitely see into the shower so we hung up a towel). The styling and design of the space was upscale, yet cozy. The bed was so comfortable - we would actually love to know the mattress brand :) Overall - fantastic stay with communicative rental company.

Awesome place!

Location is fantastic. Home is very well appointed. Bed was amazingly comfortable. I wish it did have a little better freezer for ice and ice cream. Also, better privacy in the bathroom. You feel a little exposed to your neighbors. But not enough to deduct a star.

Beautiful just like the photos, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

We had a great stay in your lovely condo. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. A few things that I would do differently for those who stay longer than 3-4 days, would be to provide additional towels. We weren’t allowed to wash them per the rules of the condo, so it felt unclean to use the same towel for a week. I did have my beach towels, but those were used daily at the beach. I’d also supply more than 2 rolls of toilet paper as we were 4 in the unit for a week, and thankfully I brought extra thinking that we would run out. I few FYIs, the coffee pot lid is melted and the refrigerator freezes on the top shelf. No big deal for us, though. All in all, we had a great time and the location was excellent!

Great property, Great location

My daughter and I loved the property and the location. My 2 things I disliked, they did not have an ice maker because the fridge is the size of what you put in a college dorm (needs a full size fridge for the cost of the property). We had to run across the street to the coffee place to get ice each day. Also, it came with a coffee maker, but no filters or coffee provided. That was a first for me. Overall - great place!
