We loved it.. walking distance to the hub for restaurants, shopping, coffee, icecream or just a walk in the back neighborhoods. The bikes were a great addition.. easy riding because everything is flat. The beach access was easy and close by. Adorably decorated! We loved it! My only complaint is that internet was down when we were there. Designated parking was perfect!

This was a great place to get away for a few days. The food trucks, restaurants, and shops across the street are very convenient. Places like this are always completely booked through the summer so it was nice to see what we’ve been missing.

This beautiful condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including an incredible screened-in patio. The true selling point, however, is the location--on foot, you can be in the market square of Seaside or on the beach inside of 60 seconds. We will definitely be returning!

Seaside Gem

I have been coming to Seaside for 43 years. It’s my favorite beach destination. I have albums filled with pictures of all the houses we’ve rented. They are over the years. My husband recently died, and I brought a friend for the first time who’s never been to Seaside before. The property was the most perfect location for all we did. Will definitely stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I booked this condo, as well as the “Love Me Tender” condo located right above, and we would definitely stay here again! As far as location goes - you can’t beat it. Short walking distance to the beach, restaurant, and shops, which was incredible. The only thing I would like to mention as a heads up for future guests is the size of the refrigerator. If you’re planning on stocking up on food and drinks you will definitely want to bring a cooler. Other than that, this condo was phenomenal and exactly as pictured/described!

Six days at Seaside

A very nice place for two with just 47 easy steps to the East Ruskin Pavilion at Seaside. Gorgeous beach. The location was great, the lodgings cute, comfortable and clean! We loved where we stayed, our first time at Seaside, and it was so easy to walk to food trucks, restaurants and shops! We rode the bikes, played cards at the table on the back porch, stretched out on the sofas to read and had a great time. Only real fixes needed: several of the electric shades DO NOT WORK. I reported it but nothing was fixed. Just one lamp in living room made reading anything other than on our electronic devices challenging! Highly recommend but ask about shades before booking!

The perfect beach vacation.

I cannot speak highly enough of this property. This might just be the best VRBO I have stayed at to date. Although the property is not directly on the beach it is located exactly where the photographs indicate. The walking distance from the entrance of the house to the private beach access is about 50 ft. Having both private beach access and a reserved parking spot is HUGE in Seaside. While the public beach was busy constantly, the private section of beach never felt crowded at all. The parking spot is fantastic as well. Parking in Seaside can be hard to find and pricy so this is a huge plus. The house itself is absolutely perfect for a couple. Small enough to be cozy for a couple, but large enough that you do feel cramped. The whole house was impeccably clean, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials, and the bedroom and bathroom were excellent for a small house. The house also has a screened in porch with an outdoor shower that does wonders for keeping the sand from the beach outside where it belongs and keeping the floors inside clean and undamaged. Overall 10/10 property, and area to stay in for a wonderful vacation.

The Ice Man Cometh But Didn't Receiveth

It's a lovely property. Perfect size and location for our (my wife and me) long weekend visit to the area. Clean and comfortable. However I've never stayed at any rental property where I didn't have access to ice. I wasn't told in advance and this was a hell of an inconvenience. There were no instructions provided on how to operate the frame TVs and it took me a couple days to figure out how to use it. Extremely frustrating. And I never did locate a washer & dryer yet we were supplied two small boxes of laundry detergent. And not being able to speak to a person about these deficiencies added to my frustration.

The cottage was perfect for the two of us and our dog. It was centrally located- you could walk to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We had the downstairs unit and the upstairs init was rented. It was quiet. The only downside is that you cannot see the ocean from the downstairs unit.
