A NEW Seagrove community with beach access right across 30A. This 3 bedroom townhome offers fresh interiors, custom decor, and total BEACH VIBES! Located in the new Seagrove community, 30A Townhomes, Beach Vibes is directly beside the BRAND NEW Greenway Station - a NEW 30A destination complete with restaurants, shops, and more! A quick bike ride in the other direction and you can enjoy a Seagrove staple, Old Florida Fish House as well as great fishing, paddle boarding, and kayaking along Eastern Lake.

Snowbird Stay

Great stay for the month of February! Location was excellent and property was neat, clean, and just enough for what we needed for a month long getaway at the beach. We are looking forward to staying again hopefully next February.

Quiet & Relaxing

We enjoyed our family vacation here. The home was a quick golf cart ride to the beach, restaurants, & shopping. It was so convenient having the golf cart, bicycles, and all beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, & toys provided. Our only suggestion would be that an iron or steamer be provided & a chest for clothes in the downstairs rooms.
