It really did have everything we could have asked for! We loved the easy beach access! The Santa Rosa area is so beautiful and laid back! Lynette was such a wonderful host! "We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! It offered the perfect mix of peaceful seclusion and great access to everything. While not directly on the beach, the house overlooks protected dunes and you can see the ocean from the upper balconies. Beach access was incredibly easy — just a short golf cart ride, bike ride, or modest walk to Dune Allen Beach and nearby beach entrances, so being off-beach was not an issue at all.The home was spacious, well-decorated, very clean, and comfortable for our family ranging from age 14 to 84. The heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center (with commercial-grade equipment) were fantastic. The included golf cart made getting around fun and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and serene, yet just minutes from great restaurants like Stinky’s and Shunk Gulley, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, shops, and everything we needed.The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the location — much less crowded than areas like Alys and Rosemary Beach — and it truly provided a relaxing and memorable getaway for all ages. Highly recommend!"
