This home is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A, comes with 4 bikes as well as access to Watercolor Beach Club, Camp Watercolor & all additional Watercolor pools. This home comes with 10 wristbands, people age 5 and up are required to wear them.

This newly remodeled 4 bed 3 bath Florida Beach cottage located in the Tennis District of Phase 1 of Watercolor has many advantages! Close to Tennis Courts and Camp Watercolor as well as Seaside. The porches in the front and back are the perfect size to enjoy family time. Great flow as you enter with open family room and kitchen connected to both front and back porch.First floor master bedroom The galley style kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and over looks the spacious open living/dining area. An additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom completes the first floor. The second floor of the home offers an additional bedroom and also a bunk room that the kids will love!

FANTASTIC WATERCOLOR VACATION

Our stay at 17 Lyonia Lane was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed sunny skies all week, and our accommodations were everything we wanted. GREAT LOCATION for getting to Seaside, as well as close to camp Watercolor and the beach club. Very private cul-de-sac with tennis courts behind the house make this an ideal spot for quiet relaxation, but perfect for easy bike rides around the property. 5 stars for this property and Beach Habitats 30-A

Long weekend trip

The host and the communication throughout our stay was great- the house, however could use a major refresh. Everything was a little worn and dingy. Paint was worn and chipping. The beds were not comfortable, the towels and linens were dingy. The sofa, chairs and seat cushions were all dirty and stained. There were only 4 spoons in the silverware drawer. We have come to Watercolor for years and this by far was lowest on our list as far as quality. But time with family at the beach is always great, just would not rent this particular home again.

The house is a short walk or bike ride from Camp Watercolor and other pools as well as the beach and downtown Seaside. The house itself has been updated a bit from the photos, especially the LR/Kitchen/Dining area which is now more open and family-friendly. The property company was excellent and communicated well before and during the trip. The only thing I would suggest is having a few beach/pool items available: chairs and maybe an umbrella would have been nice.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in WaterColor for Spring Break this year on the same street and could not wait to get back for our summer vacation. The location is great for all the community has to offer. The house however needs real work. There appears to be a serious active water leak, with warped floorboards throughout the first floor and a heavy mildew smell throughout the house. The furniture is dirty and stained. The staff did bring towels and blankets to cover the chairs and couches when contacted. They were very responsive and always got back to us on all our concerns. For the money, I would have expected a very clean place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great rental property to be close to everything. The included amenities to Watercolor were great. The host was very thorough, quick to respond and very helpful. While I would recommend this place to others please be advised it could use some serious cleaning and general maintenance. The living room furniture covers were very stained and visibly dirty. The main living/kitchen area needs a deep clean as most surfaces/walls were grimy and covered in dust and cobwebs, dishes and cookware were dirty. Very "lived in" feel. The bathrooms could also use some maintenance - shower door was very hard to open and the shower knobs were old and didn't function very well.Otherwise great rental! loved the location, quaint and quiet, great host. Would recommend.

Excellent location!

We stayed with a group of teenagers and parents, and we all appreciated the proximity to the beach, pools, and other amenities. The layout worked well for our multi-aged group.

Lovely home

It is in a great location, it is a good size for a small family. They had lots of toys for the beach, which saved us alot! The management agency was truly the best I've ever had on 30A. Thanks for the great stay. I would invest in a new mattress for the back master and clean out the windown sills. The backporch was truly my favorite spot in the entire home!!!

It's very close to the Seaside town center. The house needs some TLC and a deep clean. Upon check-in, we had to ask the housecleaners to come again after finding empty beer cans and dirty floors. Also, during our stay the oven stopped working. In spite of the lack of cleanliness and challenges, the management company was very responsive.

Just OK

This beach house is in a great location, especially if you want to be close to restaurants in Seaside. The house needs to be better taken care of. The paint is chipped off of most baseboards and drawer edges. The bed in the master needs to be replaced. The slip covers on the furniture in the living room need to be replaced, there are major stains all over them. They are missing several items in the kitchen, like a wine opener! Bathrooms are small and not much storage space. House backs up the the pickle ball court so if you sit on the back porch be warned. In my view, the house is just not up the the standard of most places in Watercolor.

Great location

This house is the perfect location to get to food and beach. The house had great porches and comfortable beds. Our biggest suggestion would be for this house to get a good cleaning. Nothing was “gross” but a lot of buildup on baseboards and other surfaces-an easy fix! Otherwise, perfection!

However, the mattresses were horrible, there was mold in master bath/shower combo soap holder, the clean dishes still had food on them, the house smells like mildew/water damage, the upstairs toilet ran nonstop (I left a message with maintenance and never heard back). I would not recommend this place. Very disappointed considering we have stayed in Watercolor many times. The only positive was the location.

A Break from Reality

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our two families and a coupe teenage friends to come together. The living room and kitchen/dining area was bigger than the pictures and useful for our needs. We loved the back porch with the comfy chairs for the "adult corner" and a nice family dinner. The location is perfectly situated between Camp Watercolor and the inn, Seaside, and the ocean. Hope to come back soon!

Beach Habitat is my favorite group to rent from. Always so quick to help in any way possible.
