Both chairs at the table were horribly filthy. The table itself was falling apart. Need a new controller for the TV. The shower was small but very nice with instant hot water and the king size bed was very comfortable. Excellent location, quarter mile from Starbucks, one mile from Montgomery Village.

The room was clean though carpet had small stains and the wall and furniture were a bit rough. Staff was helpful when the heater wasn’t working and the pan they provided didn’t work on the induction cooktop. The linens were clean and the bathroom was very nice, having been remodeled recently.

My fiance and stayed here for a couple days. She was having that time of the month and had an accident in the bed sheets. The manager then kept my 100.00 deposit and told me if i stayed there anymore it would be a 150.00 deposit moving forward. I would never stay there again. I was also moved to a room i didnt pay for (handicapped room) this place needs help with management

This place isn't as pictured. It's pretty shabby, no dishes in the kitchen and the bathroom sink is separate from the shower and toilet. The patio was dirty with no furniture, so we didn't sit outside. There is a pool, but not inviting. The best part was the location near the Flamingo resort and Montgomery Village. We won't be returning here.

The hotel was in a good location close to stores and services and there was a very good cafe on site, though it was not operated by the hotel. My room, however, was in a terrible location with my window opposite a maintenance closet, that made it so dark I had to turn on lamps during the day. The guy in the office was less than friendly and I was given no info regarding the maid service, of which there was none during the 4 days of my stay. Nor was there any written info in the room.

We stayed three nights. Our room was never cleaned while we were there. I asked the office manager why the room was not cleaned, after we placed the please clean card on the outside door, and I was told the maid called in sick! We had to go to the laundry room to get clean towels. The location is great, the staff is friendly, if the could provide better service things would be great.

There was hardly any towels & toilet paper, only one coffee, the front desk couldn’t get the payment and deposit right. They knocked on our door wondering if they gave us the wrong room. Later they called us again about our card and made me go to the front desk, only to witness they were wrong again. We will never stay there again. I can’t believe it was $173 per night for a dive. We’ve spent less for nice hotels

Conveniently located near downtown Santa Rosa. IHOP, Safeway, and a gas station are within walking distance. Room was comfortable enough for a one night stay.
