They made us feel like family, and were doing everything in their hands to please us... what a great example of customer service! We highly recommend this place.

Highly recommended, the attention from the staff were great. A very clean room, spacious and very safe. The breakfast were made fresh at the moment. The server were very kind when we told her about food that we don't eat she did great to make us very comfortable. Thanks to pastrana for keep us safe and always attentive to us.

Hotel is new modern and very close to the main mall Buenavista. There is also a new shopping center nearby. We stayed 7 days over carnaval time ( 2 adults and an infant) and had a great experience. Only the first night there were hiccups- the power shut down so hotel had no elevator and air conditioner.
