"El ambiente tradicional y típico es muy bueno. Como recomendación solo l limpieza en general requiere más atención, al igual que el control de moscas dentro del área donde sirven el desayuno, quizás implementar utensilios que puedan ayudar a control el conecto de cualquier insecto o animalito con la comida. Otro punto es que siempre tienen un conflicto con el cobro de impuestos para las personas que residimos fuera del país y que no llevamos nuestro pasaporte sellado debido al registro biométrico, deben solucionarlo pues es el único hotel con el cual ya van dos veces que tengo ese tipo de problema."

"Room was clean and modern. Gym was one of the best I've seen in Colombia. Pool area is great and the bar-restaurant has amazing food and drinks they can serve you at the pool. Only thing is the price I was charged was not the price I booked on Hotels.com, I was charged $40 more per day than what I booked, obviously I didn't know until I was at the airport and received my e-receipt, so a dark spot on an otherwise great stay."

"This hotel is a rare pearl. It is a historical modern victorian huge building. The entrance is just majestic. You will find a security guard at the entrance that helps you with anything you need, taxis etc. A beautiful lounge and a coffee store. You also have a convenient store for snacks self service very modern. There’s a line of several stores in the basement, a currency change store, a souvenir shop, a pizza restaurant that is on the side of the store and it has a private entrance for the hotel guests and another separate for all people that come from outside the hotel, families go to watch the game and eat a very delicious pizza in a lucky ambiance, right next to the garden and kids park all inside the fence of the hotel. The pool was huge with a water fall, two lifeguards because one side of the pool is 3 meters deep, so if you can swim hou have peace around you. Right next to the pool you will find a restaurant bar, many helpful and very professional staff and delicious food and drinks. Rooms are spacious and were extremely clean and well put with free water and coffee. Their included brakefats was not only very good vut the dinning room was a fairytale of architecture. We went to the Malecon (water boardwalk) to see the festivals, food courts and restaurants, the Shakira statue, the Sofia Vergara statue, the window to the world monument and the soccer team monument. Amazing 3 days and 2 nights. I recommend this hotel for families or solos."
