"We had a great time staying at this place for more than two weeks, which was made possible by an affordable price. Charming room in a 200 years old building in the center of Iglesias. Lots of history around. Excellent city vibe. Great dining options. 15 min from the closest beach. Very convenient if you are looking for a place to sleep and explore the island during the day. "The property was fine to come and go and sleep. Owner was unable to meet me when I arrived despite me arriving within stated hours of availability, leading to some confusion about how to access the room. Not fun after 24 hours of travel. Main problem was that accommodation was booked for a work trip and the owner was unable to provide a receipt so that I could be reimbursed by my workplace. Owner said they’d provide a receipt and then ghosted after several requests. Not recommended for those...

The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped.
