Can Ferrando House with Sea Views, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Cala Santanyí, Santanyí, Can Ferrando is a spacious 240 m² estate accommodating up to 8 guests, including babies and children, as the house cannot host additional people. Anyone not registered for the stay must be authorized by the property manager before entering; access without prior authorization is not allowed.



The house features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plus a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. You will find high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, central heating throughout, TV, and a washing machine. For families with children, a cot and high chair are available upon request.



Enjoy terraces with beautiful sea views, a barbecue, and an outdoor pool—perfect for relaxing or reading on a sun lounger. From early May to late October, a small local supermarket is just a few minutes’ walk away (please check opening times, as they may vary). Outside these dates, the nearest supermarket is 5 km away.



The property is in a quiet area; events and parties are not permitted. A car is highly recommended for easy access, exploring nearby villages, and shopping. Free private parking is available on the property.



From November to April (inclusive), the minimum stay is 4 nights, with check-in or check-out possible any day. From May to October (inclusive), the minimum stay is 7 nights, with check-in only on Thursdays. Self check-in makes your arrival easy.
