Pros: Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief gut und der Check-In / Check-Out Prozess war dank Schluesselbox sehr einfach. Das Haus ist an einem tollen Ort, 10 Minuten Fussweg entfernt vom Naturpark mit tollen Straenden zum Schwimmen. Wir haben auch den Pool waehrend der heissen Tag oft genutzt. Wir wuerden es wieder buchen! Cons: Die Schlafzimmer haben nach Schimmel gerochen, und der Geruch war auch im Rest des Hauses. Der Geruch blieb auch bei permanenten Lueften. Bei der Anreise waren wir erst ein bisschen verwirrt weil die Anleitung nicht darauf hinweist, dass das Haus/Grundstueck hinter einem Tor liegt das nicht eindeutig gekennzeichnet ist.

Pros: Casa Rustica von Ende Juni 24 bis Anfang Juli 24. Trotz später Ankunft nach 22.00 Uhr war der Verwalter für uns zu erreichen. Hatte sehr gut geklappt. Die Finca war sauber hergerichtet und in den einfachen Betten schläft man sehr gut. Die einfache Küche entbehrt nichts und der Kühlschrank ist super. Reibungsloser Wäschewechsel nach einer Woche. Und im Haus riecht es überhaupt nicht muffig und es kann sehr gut belüftet werden. Aber das ist sekundär. Wichtig ist der Außenbereich, und der ist super. Weitläufig, großzügig mit 8x4 Meter Pool. Sauber. Die Filteranlage arbeitet prima. Außendusche bedingt nutzbar. Aber ohne Auto geht es nicht, auch wenn vieles zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Nicht die Einkäufe. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Cons: Die Dusche könnte mal überarbeitet werden (Duschkopf) und gewöhnungsbedürftiger Duschvorhang, welcher aber sehr sauber ist.

Pros: Wir waren total begeistert! Die Ausstattung im Haus ist einfach, aber funktional. Die Außenanlagen und der Pool sind ein Traum - das Grundstück ist traumhaft gelegen, man ist nahezu ganz für sich und die wunderschönen Buchten sind zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Pros: Das Haus befindet sich in einer idyllischen Lage mit sehr viel Umgebung, inkl. kleinem Wald, Ruhe und Erholung sind sicher, vielleicht etwas sehr abgelegen, wenn man alleine ist. Morgens kommen sogar Hasen auf das Grundstück! Uns hat der Pool und die grosse Terrasse sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Gastgeber sind freundlich und schnell, das Check-in einfach, da eine Schlüsselbox vorhanden ist. Sehr empfehlenswert für Ruhesuchende - wir kommen wieder! Cons: Was etwas weniger positiv ist, ist der "ältliche" Geruch im Haus, der auch nach drei Wochen nicht weg war.

Pros: Die Lage und der Garten waren einfach Super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Leider waren wir im März vor Ort, so dass wir den Pool nicht nutzen konnten (uns zu kalt).. Sonst einfach nur schön. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen ( wenn es wärmer ist 😅 Cons: ---- Es riecht etwas alt in den Schränken -- hat uns aber nicht groß gestört.

Pros: Die Finca bietet dem Gast einen günstigen Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr gepflegt. Der nächste Ort "Porto Petro", mit diversen Restaurants, ist fußläufig in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Zu unseren Vermietern hatten wir überwiegend über "WhatsApp" einen sehr netten Kontakt. Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Vermieter sich wirklich um das Wohl ihrer Gäste kümmern. So standen, bei einem kurzzeitigen Kälteeinbruch, plötzlich Elektroheizungen auf der Terrasse. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genießen können und möchten uns auf diesem Wege noch einmal für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken.

Pros: Die kleine Finka Casa Rustica hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Abwicklung über den Anbieter sowie der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin vor Ort lief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Es erwartete uns eine optimal gelegene Finka, nah zu den nächsten Buchten und Ortschaften, zentral und dennoch außerhalb - ohne Verkehrslärm, da etwas von der Straße zurückgelegen. Mit direkten Nachbarn (die wir nicht gehört haben), was gerade alleine Reisenden evtl. auch etwas Sicherheit vermitteln kann. Das Haus selber ist typisch mallorquin also einfach aber funktional ausgestattet. Alles war sauber, Handtücher und Küchentücher in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden, auch an Geschirr und Besteck hat es nicht gemangelt. Pool und Grill waren ebenfalls wunderbar. Für zwei bis vier Personen eine schöne Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiter empfehlen. Und zum Entschleunigen auch ganz gut, dass das WLAN nicht immer in Perfektion läuft ;-) Cons: Die Liegen am Pool sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und dürften durchaus einmal erneuert werden - konnten aber genutzt werden :-)
