Located in a quiet residential area in the urbanization of Cala Ferrera (Cala d'Or) near the sea, on the south-east coast of Mallorca, ideal for families or couples, just 200 meters from the beach of Cala Ferrera and 400 meters from Cala Esmeralda Beach, among other beaches that are in the area. Just 100 meters away is a Supermarket, a pharmacy and two recreational centers for children. Cala d'Or most important tourist destination of the Island of Mallorca, is 1km away where you can find all kinds of activities shops, bars, discos etc., it has a Porto-Cari marina, considered one of the most important of the islands Balearics. A few kilometers away you can enjoy the Vall d'Or Golf Course, with 18 holes and magnificent sea views.
