The holiday home Es Balcó boasts a stunning seafront location overlooking the charming natural harbor of Portopetro in Mallorca.

Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy your holiday in Es Balcó in the small fishing port of Portopetro with its typical coastal houses, small boats, and restaurants. The coves with their crystal-clear waters and diverse underwater world are a world-renowned diving paradise. In Portopetro, you will find the coves of Caló dels Homes Morts and Caló de Sa Torre with their crystal-clear waters and fine sand. Nearby, you can explore the Mondragó Natural Park with the beaches of S’Amarador, Mondragó, and Caló des Burgit. Here, hiking trails invite you to take walks where you can discover spectacular views and unspoiled nature.

Es Balcó is a terraced house spread over three floors and a roof terrace with a laundry room.

On the ground floor, you'll find the living area with a spacious kitchen, a living room with a dining table, and a balcony where you can enjoy your meals with stunning views of the harbor. There is also a guest toilet.

The first floor houses the four bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and access to a balcony with spectacular views of Porto Petro – the perfect place to relax, enjoy the view, or read your favorite book. The second bedroom also has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, share a separate bathroom with a shower.

Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living room during set hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

The laundry room is located on the third floor.

The basement, which faces the sea, is accessible from the ground floor. There is a bathroom with a shower and a small living room with access to the outside. From here, a staircase leads down to the traditional boathouses—so typical of Portopetro—and to the sea.
