"My husband uses a manual wheelchair for his mobility. The "accessible" room was not very accessible (narrow doorway into the bathroom, a shower with a curb step and glass door, and the sink was too high and far back into the counter for him to use it.) However, the staff were so accommodating; after showing us about 4 more rooms we found a bathroom that had a lower sink and despite the shower still having a curb step and a glass door, we asked the hotel to remove the glass door, which they happily did for us. We appreciated the excellent customer service through this ordeal (we run into this problem in MANY places and this staff were the most helpful) as well as throughout our stay.
The airport shuttle was also convenient.
The food at the a la carte restaurant was a bit better than the buffet restaurant, but I think some things even on the a la carte side were from the buffet side.
The pool is small, but sufficient; and not very crowded except on the weekend.
The A/C was a bit finicky, but it worked overall. And overall it was a fine time with the customer service being one of the best. "
