The hotel is modern with friendly, english speaking staff at reception. Nice breakfast buffet. Pool and bar on the 5th floor terrace. Well siruated to explore on foot. You can coordinate an airport transfer for 29 000.

The location is perfect for exploring the city by public transportation and on foot as it is next to a metro station & many bus lines. Lots of restaurants close by and walking distance to the cathedral & parks.

Location, Great Staff & Amenities

Hotel is a little older so it shows but do not let that fool you. The hotel provided great service from checking in, breakfast food, amenities and employee's friendliness. Plus, the location of this hotel is perfect! So many things to do, great food and local shopping. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Best value in Santiago. The hotel is in a very convenient location literally across the street from Santa Lucía Hill. Staff is great. Amazing water pressure in the shower.

The hotel itself is of a good value but the sidewalk area around the hotel and surrounding area is a bit bleak, not the hotel's fault by any means. The staff was very nice and professional.

Central location but bit dodgy outside. Nice shower but had mould on ceiling. The pool was nice to chill by. It gets sun from around 11am until 4pm for sunbathing. They have a bar there as well which does food. The cleaning of the rooms is really bad. Big sized room

the rooms were very nice. only two elevators and only one worked when i arrived. I was promised an early checkin but when I arrived at 9am to early checkin I was told they were overbooked and couldn't accommodate me. i was exhausted from an overnight flight and wanted to rest. this was not how i wanted to start my few days off

An improvement would be to add a couple of pouches of coffee every day to our kettle area… I was very impressed by the free coffee provided at the reception area very early in the morning for people leaving early or on early guided tours! Stay for 2 nights, only provide 2 nestle coffee pods. When asking extra, they said there are only 2 free for the 1st day and we have to purchase coffee at their restaurant. We travel around and this is the first time stay in a hotel without in room coffee. Request toilet paper but received bath towel instead.😅 But very good front desk and security guard👍

Not the best start to my stay - despite informing the hotel that my arrival would be from about 2pm, when I arrived at 2.15pm I was told that my room wouldn’t be available until exactly 3pm but this would give me time to buy lunch. Definitely not what I needed after almost 24 hours of travelling from the U.K. when all you want is a shower and a change of clothes. Just felt like I was being stalled so I’d buy lunch in the hotel whilst I waited. Whilst I was eventually able to get into my room just after 2.30pm it wasn’t the best start to my stay. Otherwise hotel is ok and right by a metro station. Though a walking tour guide said the area wasn’t that safe for tourists so wasn’t a relaxing stay.
