I've been coming to this hotel for over 20 years, through its different names. The hotel is comfortable and very well located. What I still do not like is that when they renewed it, they started with an open closet concept and reduced the space available in drawers. In this particular trip, some items in the breakfast buffet were cold, considering they should be hot instead.

I liked this property. It was a longer walk to the downtown area (where I want to go) but I would stay here again. First night, there was no air conditioning due to servicing. This was a nuisance for me as I need a cold room. But I recognize from time to time this type of action needs to occur.

I had small problems with room service two out of three days. First no face towels. Second no bottle of water. It’s not horrible but annoying. Place to work and have a coffe place is not great.

I expected a better service, but…

I’m quite disappointed with this hotel. I know the quality of Novotel chain and specifically this one needs an overhaul. From 3 lifts, only one worked. Toilet always full of water after a short shower, the AC making loud noise. Breakfast restaurant with loud background music, staff not in the mood. On the other hand, the maids however were always very nice and preoccupied for delivering a very clean room. Location is good, 10 minutes from the subway station. My whole experience was not really the best one, unfortunately.

Me encantó el desayuno, muy rico, muy variado realmente uno de los mejores desayunos que ya he comido alrededor del mundo. Tiene muchas opciones y el personal es muy amable. La atención en recepcion es impecable y siempre me atendieron de inmediato y me ofrecieron ayuda en todo lo que necesité. La ubicación del hotel es simplemente maravillosa uno de los mejores barrios de Santiago de Chile. Cruzando la calle está el Parque Arauco que es muy bello y seguroy del otro lado centros comerciales y tiendas muy bonitas. En la entrada hay un robot que limpia y siempre está sonriendo. Sin sin duda una maravillosa opción para estar en Santiago. Únicamente me gustaría comentar que sería bueno que el baño tenga extractor de olor,para que no se acumule el vapor de agua. Y como un comentario, sería bueno que los pasillos hacia las habitaciones no sean de color gris oscuro, ya quedó una sensación de opresión y no permite mostrar lo bonito que es el hotel. Gracias por toda su atención.

Solo se necesita un espejo de cuerpo completo dentro de la habitación, y el espejo que está cerca de la ventana. La iluminación es muy poca. Pero todo lo demás muy buen servicio.

O Hotel é super limpo, camas confortáveis, quarto espaçoso, com espaço para malas grandes, vista para cordilheira dos Andes. Café da manhã farto. Fica em frente ao Parque Arauco, basta atravessa- lo que vc estará no shopping Parque Arauco. Tem que caminhar um pouquinho para o metrô. Seus staffs são atenciosos. Banheiro bom, com banheira. Apenas como notificação: vaza agua no chão durante o banho e o suporte de alumínio para shampoo e sabonete está quebrado. Eu recomendo este Hotel.

Hotel tipo comercial !

A estadia no NOVOTEL foi boa e recomendo o hotel para quem esta a procura de um bom hotel para passear na cidade, ou seja, dormir e sair no outro dia cedo para passear, pois não tem muita coisa para se fazer no hotel em si.
