Overall we enjoyed our stay. Although check-in didn't go as smoothly as hoped, as the room (Executive Double room, 1 King Bed and separate living room) we had booked was occupied and not available. Instead, we were put into a one room with queen bed with loveseat, and received a couple of complimentary cocktails for the inconvenience. The next day they did move us to the room we booked as pictured, but still disappointing we had to go through this for a 2 night stay. Our booked room was gorgeous, and very comfortable to just enjoy and relax in. Breakfast was lovely, and all staff were kind and helpful. A lovely and unique place.

We had a wonderful stay. In Expedia there are two types of twin rooms, Superior and Executive, with Executive twin room is larger. We booked Executive twin room for three nights and check-in staff made mistake giving us the smaller room. They graciously rectified the mistake. We were happy with the result. Check out was quick and smooth. The location is quiet yet very convenient to shopping and dinning. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Excelente localização, próximo ao costanera e vários comércios. Hotel aconchegante, e funcionários atenciosos. O café da manhã é simples mas gostoso, tem sempre os principais itens e algumas variedades típicas. Tem um restaurante no hotel que funciona até as 23h e ajuda muito após um dia cansativo de passeios. Achei apenas a água no frigobar cara já que é algo que bebemos muito, mas é possível comprar nos mercados e deixar no quarto sem problemas. Além disso achei as toalhas limpas mas bem gastas já, creio que poderiam melhorar nessa questão. De modo geral recomendo, ótimo custo beneficio.

A localização é excelente. Perto do Costanera e do supermervado Diez. A única consideração são as escadas e a falta de acessibilidade, que para m8m não atrapalhou, mas para pessoas mais idosas pode ser um problema.

Hotel muito bom! Serviço excelente, muito limpo, muito bem localizado. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom também, ficamos 6 dias hospedados ali e 3 dias jantamos no hotel, de tanto que gostamos da comida!
