"The suite was nice and clean staff were very friendly. One thing to mention was in a full kitchen there wasn’t any cutlery or glasses. Not even a single cup. After pleading with the staff they did finally get us a couple glasses. I believe they should at least supply a couple glasses for the bathroom and to have a sip of Wine😬 Other than that it was great. Breakfast was excellent at the restaurant. "

"Nice view of Oaxaca, very clean Hotel including rooms, staff were amazing. Only downside if you order DiDi it will take more time than usual to arrive also ordering a Taxi was a challenge as the hotel is not located near Oaxaca main square. Besides that the Hotel is beautiful I would recommend staying."

"First off, the spa has limited hours and was closed the first day I was there; in addition, you have to pay about as much to use the spa as you do to to stay in the hotel. The spa looked really nice, but I never got to experience it. The swimming pool is quite bland with water a bit too cool for my liking and I was afraid to put my head under water for the fact the water wasn't very clear. The food in the restaurant was very good but had the atmosphere was that of a hospital cafeteria--zero...

"This hotel it’s great The personal is super friendly, attentive and helpful. price is good. room was clean, smell clean it’s not noisy, has AC, mini fridge, fresh coffee downstairs with pastries or oax bread, fruits, free water we stay for 8 days never had a problem. Location is literally 2 blocks from the zocalo. 3 blocks from the best markets in the city. 100% recommended."
