Guests can access the entire house and enjoy all the amenities including a pool with chair longs.

The neighborhood around the house is secure, with nearby grocery stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. The property offers parking for four vehicles, security cameras in common areas, and a remote-controlled entrance door.

The best and most reliable means of transport is UBER.

Boca Chica is prone to power outages. The house has a backup inverter for lights and outlets, but AC, microwave, and refrigerator won't function during outages.
-No parties or events allowed.
-Maintain noise levels after 10:00 pm.
-Guests must provide a valid phone number.
-$50 charge for lost keys/remotes.
-Maximum occupancy: 12; excess occupants will be asked to leave.
-Four visitors allowed at any time; $10 fee per guest after the 4th.
-Overnight visitors must be declared; $10 fee per night after the 4th guest.
-Undeclared guests incur a $20 fee per night.
-Late check-out fees apply.
-Your complaints grant us unit access to resolve issues to meet your
expectations.
-Smoking fee inside unit is US$200
-Rules violations may lead to booking cancellation.
