"I enjoyed my stay here so much. The views are breathtaking and the scenery is so peaceful. I loved every single day waking up at this establishment. Thank you to the manager Jonathan Rijo whose hospitality was excellent and comforting. He made sure to accommodate me and my family so that my grandma felt safe and well. I will definitely be staying here again."

"The hotel is conveniently located in one of the best areas of the Colonial Zone, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The area also felt very safe. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations for a boutique hotel. The breakfast was very poor, to the point that we chose to have breakfast at a restaurant instead. The rooftop bar was not open during our stay, which was disappointing. The towels were quite old and could definitely use replacing, and the room lacked the thoughtful details and essential toiletries one would normally expect from a boutique hotel. The location is definitely the hotel’s strongest point, but the quality of the amenities and attention to detail need significant improvement."

"Great location. I loved the lobby area; the decor and the wonderful scent. The welcome with valet parking and a complimentary drink was an excellent service. The room was very nice, with a huge bathroom, comfortable beds, and a great view. The breakfast was very complete and offered a great buffet selection. My only criticism is the noise. I stayed over the weekend, and the combination of the hotel’s nightclub and a party taking place made the loud music late at night quite bothersome."
