"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. The room had all the amenities we needed and even had a small terrace looking out on the street allowing us to hear the music outside. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and kind.
