"The hotel was excellent, exceptionally clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding, and dinner was equally impressive. The dinner prices were also very reasonable compared to other restaurants in the surrounding area. However, I was disappointed with one aspect of my experience: the airport transportation service. I had been promised a pickup at the airport, but unfortunately, no one arrived. I made several attempts to contact the hotel’s front desk for assistance, but my calls went unanswered. It was extremely frustrating and concerning that I could not reach anyone when I needed assistance. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve communication and reliability, particularly when it comes to airport transportation and front desk availability. Aside from this issue, I truly enjoyed my stay. The hotel and restaurant offer an excellent experience, and the quality of the restaurant is comparable to some of the finest restaurants in Las Vegas, Nevada. I would gladly recommend this establishment, but I believe improving this area of customer service would make the overall experience exceptional."
