Very nice hotel which is very reasonably priced. Next door to a restaurant, plus vehicle hire, and opposite a small supermarket, so everything you need is nearby. 10 minute walk to nearest beach. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Room itself very good with A/C, but shower room in need of repair and upgrade. Pool a good size and not over subscribed. We will return to Santorini again, more for a beach holiday, and will certainly consider Aegeeis Hotel.

Charming rooms with balconies and great views of the mountains, good location, nice pool with a daybed and relaxing loungers, all very charmingly done. Particularly friendly reception, Erjana gave us super tips, a taverna for near the red beach, absolutely recommendable and she reserved us a great place in a restaurant in Oia with a view over the old town and harbor, thank you very much again, dear Erjana!

Happy with our stay here. The main improvement would be more storage space in the rooms. We stayed for a week and only had a small rack to hang our clothes with 6 coat hangers. Would be much easier with a set of drawers as we like to unpack all our clothes to stop them creasing. Staff friendly and helpful, we had a lovely surprise of wine and a birthday card which was such a kind touch. Would recommend staying here, would stay again xx

Check in/out was super easy and all the staff was super helpful offering recommendations for tours and sites to see. They set me up with a transfer to port as well. Rooms were clean and linens changed daily, pool was well kept and the kids really enjoyed it. Very close to the bus stop which we used to get into Fira/Oia. Walking distance to Perissa and Perivolos Beaches, restaurants, markets and coffee shops/bakeries.

Een hele fijne accomodatie gerund door een zeer aardige en behulpzame familie. Schoon op een centrale plek aan de hoofdweg van Perissa. Ondanks direct aan de weg geen last van het geluid door goede ruiten. Supermarkt tegenover. Een heerlijk zwembad. Strand van Perissa op loopafstand. Wij vonden t persoonlijk een heerlijke plek en zouden zo terug gaan.

Chambre confortable. La salle de bain est petite mais très propre. La terrasse est très agréable. L’insonorisation laisse à désirer. Malheureusement nous entendions les autres vacanciers entrer et sortir ainsi que la chambre voisine. La piscine est très agréable !

Amazing Stay, Perfect Location

This hotel is a dream. The staff is absolutely incredible and provided us with an amazing experience in Santorini. They helped us plan day trips, rent a car, and provided us with incredible advice for our stay on the island. Such a knowledgeable staff that helped us plan many day trips. The hotel breakfast is great. Worth every penny. Coffee, juice, yogurt, eggs, fruit, meats, bread, and cereal. We ate at the hotel every morning and it is very reasonably priced. The pictures are completely accurate to the space. The pool was clean with free towels and plenty of space to lay around. The hotel is right next to a bus stop so if you don’t have a car it’s easy to get around and the local beach (10 min walk) is beautiful with plenty of places to rent some lounge chairs or stop for dinner and a drink. 10 out of 10. Definitely stay here.

Όλα ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχα… χωρίς καμία δόση υπερβολής!! Μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο τέλη Ιουνίου με τη μικρή μας κορούλα για 4 βράδια και τόσο το προσωπικό όσο και οι ιδιοκτήτες μας κάνανε να αισθανθούμε σαν στο σπίτι μας!! Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο, φωτεινό, με πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια και καθαρά κλινοσκεπάσματα. Τέλεια αρχιτεκτονική και διακόσμηση των χώρων που σε ηρεμεί, άριστη καθαριότητα, η πισίνα ήταν απολαυστικότατη και επίσης πεντακάθαρη, η πρόσβαση τόσο στην παραλία, όσο και στο υπόλοιπο νησί είναι πολύ εύκολη, σούπερ φιλόξενοι όλοι όσοι εργάζονται εκεί...πολύ ποιοτικά τα προϊόντα αλλά και οι υπηρεσίες που σου παρέχονται. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Relaxing days in santorini.

I had been to these very wonderful hotel with my girlfriend for one week on july. From the beginning everything was perfect, the staff booked for us a transfer from the airport and that service was good. Our room was really nice, small but there were everything we need: a nice terrace where we can relax watching the sunset, a small bathroom and a very comfortable and large bed: the room had been really clean from the first to the last day of our holidays. Our most likely thing was the pool area where we relaxed ourself after a day at the beach and where we could enjoy the drinks and the food cooked by the staff. Stefan and the other component of the staff had been very nice, they helped us in every moment and for everything, from the scooter rental to the night out, the restaurant and the place to visit. We enjoyed very much also the breakfast that for only 6 euros was very good and plentiful. The position of this hotel was also really good, renting a scooter or a quad you could reach all the most interesting points of the island: it is very close to the beach of perissa and perivolos(that for us were the most beautiful) and at only 20 min from thira. We recommend this place for any visitors of santorini and we really wish to come back in this hotel if we come back to this wonderful island.

Meraviglioso

In coppia abbiamo alloggiato per 12 notti in questo hotel spinto dalle ottime recensioni. Tutto vero, il complesso di circa 15 stanze, è stato recentemente ristrutturato e in mezzo alla campagna arida dell'isola spicca come un'oasi nel deserto. La piscina è fantastica, molto grande (e profonda, arriva fino a 3 mt!). Le camere sono moderne, essenziali e soprattutto PULITE. Ogni giorno, il personale addetto pulisce e effettua il cambio delle lenzuola/asciugamani. Non vi sono pasti compresi, si può partecipare alla colazione (molto abbondante) a buffet al costo di 6 € a persona. La posizione è strategica, si trova all'incrocio dove vi è l'unica strada che porta al mare di Perissa (circa 10 minuti a piedi) e dove vi è la fermata del bus che porta in tutte le direzioni. L'ultima nota è dedicata al personale: i proprietari sono una famiglia aiutata da un nipote, Stefanos. Tutti sempre sorridenti e gentili, molto premurosi nel fornire qualsiasi indicazione o suggerimenti per escursioni e/o gite. Sicuramente credo sia uno degli hotel migliori dove poter alloggiare senza dover spendere grosse cifre, pur rimanendo in posizione ottimale da tutte le zone salienti dell'isola.

Unglaubliches Hotel in der Nähe

Sehr höfliches Personal. Bus-Station ist gleich vor der Tür. Einen Supermarkt gibt es auch nicht weit weg. Alles in der nähe was man sich wünschen könnte. Egal was man braucht die können einem alles empfehlen und weiter helfen. Für 6€ pro Person kann man auch Frühstücken, so viel Essen und Trinken wie man will. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Im ganzen bin ich sehr zufrieden und ich werde 100% wieder kommen.

A remarquable Hotel

I spent a week there and i found that Hotel very special! It is a family business and they are really wonderful, nice, full of attentions and helpful! I was travelling alone and they make me feel secure and really confortable. The breakfast is really good for the low price. The pool is a perfect size to do your laps! Η Σαντορίνη είναι καταπληκτικό νησί αλλά όλα της τα ξενοδοχεία ήταν αρκετα ακριβά για αυτό που προσέφεραν. Ακόμη αν μένεις στην άλλη πλευρά του νησιού δεν είναι και το πιο εύκολο πράγμα να πας προς Ημεροβίγλι και Οία, ειδικά αν δεν έχεις αυτοκίνητο. Τέλος αυτό που δεν μου άρεσε συγκεκριμένα για το ξενοδοχείο είναι ότι ενώ από το Hotels κλείσαμε (συγκεκριμένα) διπλό κρεβάτι το δωμάτιο είχε 2 μονά.

Great hotel with good price

We have been here for 4 nights and it was great! The host is friendly and the hotel is nice and clean (even though our room is a bit small but the decoration in the room was nice and elegant). The location of the hotel is very convenient because just about 5 minutes by car to the Perivolos beach, and about 10km to Fira (if you rent a car it would be perferct because it's more convenient to go with car or motorbike rather than bus, we just have been for 3 days 4 nights but discovered almost every location on the island.). One plus for the hotel is a reasonable price for breakfast, 6 euro per meal with boiled egg, fresh orange juice, coffee/tea, toast with butter/jam, greece yoghurt/fruits, milk with musli nuts/fruits/chocolate,... So, I have spent a good time here. Great!
