Room is new and clean. A bit of a walk from the center of fira. The place is perfect for couples/family but not solo traveler. Stayed there for a couple of nights. The door has key access both from the inside and outside. I felt unsafe esp when i heard several knocks on my door my 1st and 3rd night. I wanted to complain via hotels.com but i couldnt find the complain/contact us in your mobile app. I didnt wanna make a big fuss during my stay there cos im alone and might get in trouble.
