We loved this hotel! Modern, clean, relaxing, and the staff could not have been nicer. They helped with everything we needed, including meals, reservations, and transportation. I was hesitant to even go to Santorini because of the crowds, but I am so glad we did. We had four incredibly peaceful days at Anastasis. I would definitely go back and stay longer!

Amazing stay at Anastasis Apartments & Spa. The staff was incredible from the moment we arrived, greeting us immediately and making us feel welcomed right away. They were always available through WhatsApp for recommendations, reservations, transportation help, and anything else we needed throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, unique, and unforgettable. The design and layout made the experience feel special, and it was the kind of place you want to show other people because of how cool and memorable it is. The views of the caldera and Oia were absolutely stunning. The location was perfect and made everything easy to access. The pool area also looked beautiful, although it was a bit too windy and cold during our stay to fully enjoy it. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place we would absolutely recommend.

Our stay at Anastasis Apartments in Santorini was absolutely incredible. The views of the caldera were breathtaking, especially at sunset, and the property was peaceful, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped with everything from transportation to local recommendations and getting our private hot tub opened and closed. The apartment itself was inviting, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after exploring the island. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was a highlight of the trip. The location felt private and quiet while still being convenient to everything we wanted to do in Santorini. We truly felt taken care of from start to finish and would recommend Anastasis Apartments to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Santorini, but remember to bring some Euros. The tourist tax, transportation and consumables (other than breakfast) are to be paid in cash. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at Anastasis Apartments & Spa was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Out of every place we stayed during our Greece trip, this one stood above the rest in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel less like guests and more like family. The level of hospitality here is something that’s hard to describe until you experience it yourself. Every detail was handled with so much care and genuine warmth, and you could tell everyone truly wanted your stay to feel special. The property itself is absolutely stunning. Peaceful, beautifully designed, and perfectly positioned with unreal views overlooking the caldera. Everything felt luxurious without ever feeling pretentious. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying breakfast with the view, or simply taking in the atmosphere, every part of the experience felt memorable. What makes Anastasis so special though is the feeling you get while staying there. It feels personal, welcoming, and authentic in a way that most luxury hotels simply don’t. Leaving honestly felt like saying goodbye to friends. If you’re visiting Santorini and want an unforgettable experience, this place is truly something special. We already miss it and would return in a heartbeat.

Anastasis Apartments and Spa was truly one of the most special places we stayed during our entire trip. From the moment we arrived, every single person was genuinely warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. The hospitality here is simply unmatched. The entire team was attentive, communicative, and always there with wonderful recommendations for places to eat, things to do, and areas to explore. Breakfast each morning was beautiful and such a fun, lovely way to start the day. I don’t want to give too much away because part of what makes staying here so special is experiencing all of the thoughtful touches for yourself—but just know this will likely be one of the best accommodations you ever book. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The views, spa, grounds, and rooms are beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well maintained. We were immediately disappointed that we hadn’t booked a longer stay! I would return without hesitation. As beautiful as the property is, it’s the kindness and above-and-beyond service that make Anastasis truly unforgettable. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

My husband & I helped to arrange the stay at this location for our son/new DIL for their honeymoon. I researched MANY places & had read previous reviews regarding the location, the staff & the amazing time people experienced at Anastasis. I then had the pleasure of corresponding with Despina~ Hotel owner/manager and knew we had made a wonderful decision! She shared SO much information: transports from airport & then to the ferry port; complimentary shuttle service to dinners around the island (along with assisting with reservations); local transfer service to visit different sites & explaining public bus system to name a few. Upon arrival our son/DIL texted to say the location was absolutely breathtaking & that the staff were SO friendly. Over the next couple days, they texted multiple times commenting on the location, the cleanliness of the establishment & the friendliness of the staff. The day they were taking the ferry to a different location our son wrote~ "I cannot express enough how amazing Anastasis was! I will be telling everyone how amazing it was. You and Dad would absolutely love it. Everyone is SO attentive and took care of us so well." We are thrilled that they had such a memorable time, are excited to see their pics & hear more about the experience when they return, AND we will hopefully be able to visit one day and stay here! THANK YOU to Despina & the staff for making this a memory they will cherish for a lifetime!

By far the absolute best place to stay in all of Santorini with an infinity pool perched on the side of the mountain with a spectacular caldera view offering sunset views like you’ve never experienced before. If you are deciding where to stay whether it’s in Oia or Fira, choose this place which is right between them if you are looking for a relaxing spa-like experience. Our room was sparkling clean, beds, pillows and linens are extremely comfortable making you feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud and the air conditioning was very strong. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and super helpful throughout the stay by offering recommendations and a free shuttle in the evening. Food was fresh and cooked to order served right on your balcony with most menu items able to be made vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free. The food and drinks were very well priced especially for the quality of ingredients, service and ambience on your balcony overlooking the sunset views over the Aegean sea. Staff was helpful, attentive and available on call to ensure you have an amazing stay. All our dietary restrictions were carefully considered with every meal, from breakfast to dinner, along with multiple surprises throughout our stay. Their on-site was so relaxing, our massages were very good and would highly recommend. This family-run establishment sets a very high standard for hospitality and it is very clear why guests consistently leave 5-star reviews.

Perfect for couples looking for a romantic, serene getaway. The sunset view is absolutely incredible, better than any restaurant or view point we’ve been to. The staff was super attentive, thought of our needs before we could even think of them! Super organized with suggestions and even assists with car/buggy rental and airport transportation! At some points, we felt we didn’t even need to leave the hotel because everything we were looking for was right there. It’s Greece so I knew it was going to be lovely, but all of our expectations were exceeded!! The rooms are cleaned and towels changed multiple times a day. The staff would leave little surprises like candles, rose petals, and sweet treats every night. Breakfast was magnificent, so much food we didn’t even need to eat lunch. The breakfast options had great variety for any type of dietary restrictions. The complementary sunset dinner location and jacuzzi were stunning, romantic, and intimate. The staff is friendly and fun. They teach you some Greek words everyday and greet you with smiles.

Our stay at Anastasis Apartments & Spa was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were told, “Now you relax – we’ll take care of everything,” and that is exactly what happened. The service is next level and unlike anything we have experienced before. The team arranged our restaurant reservations, recommended places that perfectly matched our preferences, gave wonderful local tips, and even included our transfers, making the entire trip completely stress-free. Every day we received so many thoughtful attentions that made us feel genuinely cared for. What makes Anastasis special is the people. Everyone is incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind. You feel less like a guest and more like part of the family. Their hospitality made our honeymoon unforgettable. The apartment was spotless, beautiful, and very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning while enjoying breathtaking views of Santorini. This was the best honeymoon we could have imagined. Anastasis is much more than a hotel—it is a place filled with heart, care, and genuine hospitality. We will recommend it to everyone we know and will definitely return. Thank you to the entire Anastasis family for memories we will cherish forever! ❤️

Wonderful stay. The management and staff provide hospitality rally seen anymore. Perfect location. Incredible sunset view and can walk into town for some shops, restaurants etc. we hope to come back.

I returned to Canada last month after 2 wonderful weeks in Greece. This was my 3rd time, but my mother's 1st, and I wanted her to have an exceptional experience in case she doesn't get a chance to return. All 3 of my visits have included Anastasis Apartments and Spa, because after staying there for the first time on my 10th wedding anniversary 16 years ago, I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Santorini. The hotel itself is perfect - spotlessly clean & well maintained with incredible views - it just emanates peace & tranquility. The location is central and is good for those who want to walk or take the courtesy shuttle, or a very accessible bus. But as beautiful as the hotel is, that is secondary to the stellar crew who runs the show. Despina and Anastasis set the tone from the top - warm, friendly, funny, attentive, helpful...and EVERY member of the team reflects their incredible attitude. From the little things like arranging car rentals, to the nightly special treats in the suite, to the special dinners by the hot tub, to saving the day getting a power converter for a CPAP machine, they do it all with a warmth that is truly genuine. Admittedly, I don't write many reviews, but please don't assume that I am not well travelled. I am 56 years old and have been to many countries around the globe and have stayed in some truly lovely places. But I can say without exaggeration, that Anastasis Apartments and Spa is my favorite place to stay on the entire planet!
