Location is quite in a central location of the island perfect if your comfortable with a short drive to any attraction in Santorini. Whatever issues you may have with the location the staff more then make up for with their accommodations , me and my wife will definitely be back excellent service all around

When I tell you this is the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with HANDS DOWN… Irene and Ponos was absolutely AMAZING!!! Phenomenal hospitality, for our first trip to Europe I can’t wait to go back. They made our stay 10 out of 5 stars for me ‼️‼️

Staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful for planning our trip around the island. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but we were helped with hiring quad bikes which made getting around the island easy. The food was lovely but expensive. Hotel fairly quiet. The hot tub was a lovely touch but took a long time to fill and could do with a clean, although by the last time we used it it was perfectly clean so perhaps from underuse. Overall would recommend staying if you wanted to be more out of the hustle and bustle of the main tourist traps.

The staff were excellent. Angie, Eirini, Pantos etc went above beyond to ensure we enjoyed our time in Santorini. Helping us with tours, car rental etc. The breakfast was great. The property is clean. The pool is pristine.

Everything about Aurora exceeded expectations. Angie and her team are top notch. Get a car or atv if you want to go discover on your own, otherwise let the front desk arrange tours for you. Many areas on Santorini are busy and crowded. If you want somewhere relaxing and quiet that's still a a short drive from everywhere this is your place. Rooms are clean and the food is great.
