"Overall, our stay at the hotel was good. We really enjoyed the convenient location, the breakfast, and the peaceful atmosphere. I do think the room could have been cleaner, but considering the price we paid, I felt it was fair. Unfortunately, the most uncomfortable part of our stay was finding ants in the bed. We had to call the staff to have the room cleaned, and although they took care of it, the experience was quite unsettling and made it difficult to fully relax and sleep afterward. With a little more attention to cleanliness, the overall experience could be much better."

"We have just departed following our wedding in Santorini. I can’t thank Costa Grand enough for how amazingly helpful they have been, no request was too big. We were offered a complimentary upgrade on our last night which we politely declined due to the amount of baggage we had unpacked but we appreciated the offer so much. We had approx 30 people staying with us at Costa grand so I had emailed a few months before and asked if we could possibly be close together in the hotel to reduce disruption to other guest around the pool, we never expected them to manage this but they did! Meaning all of our guests were in one area which was amazing. The amenities were great, food and drink were excellent and staff are extremely friendly and helpful."
