We really enjoyed our stay at Noni Studios. The family room worked well for us and the location and view were fantastic. Our hostess, Angela, was amazingly helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to help track down a lost wallet and have it sent on to us. We were so appreciative of her efforts. Angela was also super helpful in organising transfers, walking with us to and from the taxi dropoff point and answer any other queries we had. Would give Angela 10 stars if I could!

Very dated no ventilation , no opening windows. Your basically in a cave. Everything is very dated inside and not maintained. Photos online are very old ! The view and location Awesome !!!!

This was our favorite property during our trip to Greece. The room was so beautiful, clean, spacious. There was a comfortable patio that overlooked the sea and the city and was a wonderful place to watch the sunset. There were so many breakfast, lunch, dinner places a short walk from the room. We walked to everything else in Fira. It is a 5 minute walk to the bus station from the property. There is a shuttle that takes you from the Port to the property (affordable and the driver is reliable and very friendly). The host and other staff are very nice, friendly, helpful, and responsive to questions prior to the trip. We would definitely return to Santorini and would stay at Noni Studios again.

We had a fantastic time in Santorini. The hotel balcony is facing the Aegean sea & the Volcano and facing the beautiful sunset. The hotel is also near the big supermarket, shops, restaurants & the bus stops. We are very lucky to be able to book a place at Nonis Studios

The view is amazing and so is the location. It’s close to food and shopping. The bus station is also close. Konstatina is the sweetest and checks up on you to make sure everything is good. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, but everything else was great.

Nice place with great service

Great studio in typical Santorini style. Close to the center of Fira but quiet. The team organized our transfers and the service was great. The picture is from the terrace.

Our stay at Noni Studios was great, we arrived late at night, without our luggage which had been left in Athens by the airline. Konstatina met us at the accommodation and settled us in for the night. She then liaised on our behalf with the airline and was able to arrange for our cases to be delivered the following evening. The apartment is in a great location - quiet, with staggering views but an easy walking distance to all that Fira has to offer.

Perfect Location!!!

Extremely pleased in Staying at NoNi Studios. The location is perfect Caldera View at cliff edge. Close to main square city center about 2-3 mins and local bus just 2 mins. Very Accessible to everything close to supermarkets and restaurants. Konstantina was very welcoming and accomodating in our needs and requests. Room is spacious and clean. There is a basic kitchen we cooked our own bfast which is handy and worth saving our money. Restaurants in Santorini is quite expensive. We really had a marvelous time, we don’t need to go to OIA to watch the sunset. It’s literally outside the common balcony. Highly recommended this place and would definitely book this place again. Noni studios is a very good value with a stunning view of caldera and the ocean. So relaxing and quite place. Beds is comfortable enough. Daily housekeeping. I will give this place 10/10.

Great Location and Views for the Price.

In an area where rooms start at $200 and rapidly go to $500 and more this is an incredible value. Although there were 2 of us we opted for the family room which gives you a bedroom and sitting/kitchen area. There are only three rooms so you share the patio shown with two other guests. This was not an issue & we actually spent some time with one of the other guests from the US. The room is somewhat of a cave with only the small door opening towards the view. (But the windows are small in most rooms here.) Very quiet. There were issues with opening the door and the toilet seat was broken, could have used a little matching white paint. But considering the price and location not a big deal. Although the site says there is no one onsite there was a pleasant young woman that seemed to be in the office most of the time and was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, printing boarding passes, etc. I believe her name was Angela, very sweet. (Constantine..not so much!) The patio has the iconic sunset/caldera views. The location is right in Thera by all the restaurants and shops. Market is a 5 minute walk and you can use the mini-fridge to avoid the ridiculous drink & food prices in Santorini. (no need to pay for the view cuz this room has it!) There is also a free pubic parking close & although usually full we always found a spot. Unless you need a tiny pool that you share with 10 other people and want to pay $400-500 a night you should consider Noni.

Cet hébergement offre un excellent rapport qualité prix à Fira. La localisation est franchement idéale, près de l’entrée de la vieille ville afin de ne pas devoir marcher 20 minutes sur le pavé de pierres des ruelles avec nos valises à roulettes! Il y a un resto bar à côté; le Barolo mais la musique nocturne n’est pas trop dérangeante. La chambre est simple mais propre. A la réception, Angela a été exceptionnelle, toujours encline à nous aider pour des taxis, activités etc. Cependant, notre chambre avait une jolie petite terrasse privée, attenante au lit mais jouxtant l’immense terrasse commune. Malheureusement les autres invités envahissaient les parties communes, y faisant même sécher leur lessive sur le mobilier. 😡 En plus de venir fumer directement sur notre terrasse, littéralement à côté de notre lit. Donc nous n’avions aucune intimité.Si cet inconvénient est corrigé en bloquant l’accès à la petite terrasse privée, cet hébergement serait presque parfait. Mais cet irritant est assez majeur pour que nous cherchions un autre hébergement lors de notre prochain séjour à Santorini.

Noni Apartments is a great place if you want a stunning and unobstructed view of Nea Kameni, Thirasia and the Sea. It is very close walking distance to food, shopping and the activities of Fira. The taxi stand and central bus station of Thira was less than a 5 minute walk away. The hosts were absolutely great and responded quickly to any communication. My wife and I stayed with our 17 and 19 year old sons and they enjoyed it too.

Konstantina met us when we arrived and set up airport transfer for us. We much appreciated it. She recommended a restaurant the first night as well, Barolo's, which was next to the property. Both Noni studios and the restaurant were wonderful! The views were stunning from both, were centrally located, and quiet as well. Thank you!

Beautiful sunset view from Noni balcony!

We were so excited to stay at Noni's as it was a traditional room overhunging the clif with perfect view of sunset! Very well located at the eastern end of the main pedestrian street and close to public parking. Constantina welcomed us and arranged for us transfers and rental car and gave suggestions for restaurants i.e. the next door Barolo which had excellent food. There is no breakfast but we got excelent breakfast at near by Assyrtico. Only thing that needs to improve is that quilts or blankets must be provided apart from bed covers as the room is very cold naturally even without ac! Highly recomended.
