Just be aware that there could be a lot of stairs to go down to your room. Once you get to your room, the view is spectacular and the rooms were immaculate and spacious. I would highly recommend this place if you don’t have mobility issues.

Hotel is perfectly situated. Rooms and views are extraordinary. Staff is wonderful and a particular shout out to Helena at the pool bar. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Panorama Suits and we will be back.

We switched to this hotel after staying in another for one night and having a terrible experience. This was such a breath of fresh air. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful from greeting us at the door every time we walked in to carrying our bags up and down the stairs to our room. The pool is very relaxing and location wise this hotel is right by everything you could need.

Most stunning hotel. Staff were outstanding. Great breakfast and cocktails served by the pool, where you can enjoy that stunning view. Rooms were so well appointed, beautiful and peaceful. I would make this choice again as the hotel and location (great access to Fira bus station) were both simply perfect. More convenient and less crowded than Oia.

There are a few steps to navigate throughout the hotel, but this is the same for all hotels in the caldera, and just something you’ll have to get used to. But the lift in the hotel helps with some of this. Whilst the stay didn’t start off amazingly; with a room that technically had a caldera view terrace, but not one you can particularly enjoy because of it’s size, the manager and team did try their best to improve our stay. We had some challenges with showers over spraying and leaking into the rest of the bathroom leaving with wet, slippery floors. However, the team were very friendly and helpful in finding a solution, and even upgraded us to the Grand Suite with a hot tub (in Panorama Boutique) for our last 2 nights. A lovely treat to celebrate my birthday, watching the Santorini sunset from the hot tub, and very grateful for that experience. The manager Loucas, grew up in the cave dwelling that has now become the suite, so it gives it a more authentic Santorini experience when staying here. Breakfast was ace, especially being able to enjoy it with views of the Caldera. And the hotel is perfectly placed centrally in Fira to enjoy everything within easy reach. (The bus station is a few minutes away, so you don’t need taxis to get about.)

Amazing view from balcony. Lovely cold pool. Breakfast was outstanding — ordered each night for next morning. Sat overlooking the caldera. A bit of a hike to get to room — 2 different elevators and up to 4 flights of stairs (no elevator). Porter helped us get bags all the way to the bus. Perfect location. Free liter of water each day. Food/bar by pool — Greek salad was fab.

This was a very cool hotel and the room, cleanlieness and views were unmatched. The patio/balcony was very private and the hot tub was perfect. The location was great and so close to everything. It was also very quiet to be right in the middle of Fira! Loved it here!
