Lovely, relaxing stay with excellent staff We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pegasus Suites & Spa. The staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming throughout, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. It was a lovely, relaxing experience and just what we had hoped for. As with many properties in Santorini, be prepared for plenty of stairs! This is very much part of the island's character, but worth bearing in mind. My only criticism relates to the steps leading down from the private hot tub. The safety handrail could be more securely fitted, and I think some anti-slip rubber strips on the steps would be a sensible addition. I appreciate that these might detract slightly from the beautiful whitewashed appearance of the property, but unfortunately my wife slipped on the steps and hurt herself, so it is a safety issue worth addressing. That aside, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Pegasus Suites & Spa to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing Santorini getaway.

We visited Santorini for our 25yr anniversary and couldn't have picked a better place to stay than the Pegasus Spa hotel. It is ideally located near (but not too close) to the capital Fira, the facilities are excellent and the staff we friendly and exceptional at looking after our needs. We could not fault them.

Very nice hotel, clean, well maintained, friendly staff. Rooms have great sunset views over the caldera. Location is really good as its 2 minutes to the local bars and restaurants, only 15 mins walk to busier Fira, and we also walked to Oia in under 2hrs. Highly recommend this hotel

Luxurious and beautiful stay

The hotel was wonderful! The view marvelous and the staff so sweet. We were well welcomed, the food was good and the great attention to every details. Highly recommanded with a beautiful view over the sea and the caldera.

Tranquility and Breathtaking Views

Great hotel and in a more quiet area. Views are spectacular and the staff goes out of their way to meet all of your needs. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices, and it is about a mile from Fira. Worth every penny especially if you want great sunsets and a tranquil place

This hotel is absolutely amazing!!! Beautiful views and fantastic rooms!! The food at the restaurant was incredible. Staff was amazing, so friendly and attentive!! We also got massages at the spa which was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely be staying here again. Very close walk to Fira, great restaurants nearby. Just fyi if someone in your party is handicapped or has difficulty walking there is many steps at the hotel.

Simply amazing. Worth every €! Easy walks to Fira town and local bus services to other parts of the island. Attentive staff. We had a room right above our pool so it was like a private pool. Restaurant fabulous and also pool bar cocktails at sunset.

Maria and Louiza were two of my favorite employees. Their upbeat attitudes, professional approach, and vibrant personalities made our stay memorable. We were always greeted with a friendly smile and we were made to feel extremely welcome. Stay here - you won’t regret it!

We had a wonderful stay at Pegasus! It’s in a great location - easy to walk into Fira and Imerovigli but also away from big crowds - and our room had a beautiful view. It really doesn’t get better than soaking in your private tub, then having wine and dinner on your balcony while watching the sunset over the caldera. Maria, John, Cora, and all the staff were so kind and helpful with recommendations to make the most of our time in Santorini. We were sad to leave!

My husband and I stayed at Pegasus for our anniversary trip and we couldn’t have been happier! The hotel’s at a prime location with so many cafes and restaurants nearby, and only 20 min walk to Fira. Staff were all so friendly, especially Maria at reception. She was very welcoming and hospitable, and gave us so many recommendations for local restaurants and basic information about the island as it was our first time in Santorini. Overall a very pleasant stay. A nice sunset view from the balcony and we enjoyed our hot tub every night!

We had a fabulous stay for our honeymoon. The views are breathtaking, the room was beautiful and the staff really helpful and welcoming making our stay extra special. It would be 5/5 for all areas but we had a few issues with the electric and the fittings hanging off the wall in the shower. Minor bits that I'm sure will be resolved.

During my life I have stayed in some of the best hotels in various countries (Park Lane, Bremen, Biejing, Singapore etc). I can honestly say that the staff at this hotel were amazingly professional, extremely helpful, polite and in every way excelled. They were as professional as the best cabin stewards/esses in top airlines. Particularly, John / Arthur / Maria / Daniella and Lorna. Most staff are Greek or Albanian and the latter dispelled any previous thoughts people may have of their nationality. Brilliant place, excellent food, outstanding service.

We had a very disappointing experience from the moment we arrived in the hotel! Front desk is very rude and lacks empathy and they are very dismissal oriented. We could not check in our room until 6pm, we paid for the angel suites which is a room that has no privacy. This room is located right next to the hotels pool! Everyone will be able to see you at your room deck and pool. The views from the room are very beautiful but it does not make it worth what the rook lacks. The reservation department did try The breakfast is not good. The spa service is good and the luggage helpers are amazing!
