Close to Perissa beach

Great location, easy to find, and only few steps to the beach, also large parking lot beside, very handy. Friendly owners/ agency.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The accommodation was terrible! When we arrived at 6pm the room wasn't ready, nobody contacted us and we had no number to call to. Found the number from another travel provider's website and after half an hour waiting there came one man to fix the apartment. It took two hours and a half to get the room ready, but it was far from finished. Floors were wet and the sheets were changed and that's it. Downstairs there's one big bed but upstairs no beds at all, only mattresses on the floor. The upper loft was totally messy when we got the room, there were dust and dirt all over. - no glasses nor mugs in the apartment, after asking we got two dirty coffeemugs from the cleaner, who picked the filthy mugs from the apartment/room next door. - no dining table so when it rains/chilly outside there is no place to eat breakfast/dinner inside. - The cutlery was rusty so only a few of them were usable - no cutting board and no knife to cut the bread - the kitchen drawers are stuck together so they cannot be used - The washing machine drains water on the floor - both the sink and the toilet bowl drain the water onto the floor. Also the toilet was disgustingly dirty. - There were dead bugs in the cupboards, presumably cockroaches, there were shonkingly dirty pot in the oven, Also the frying pan was dirty/broke (couldn't figure that out) and only one pot to use. So for your own safety, pick ANYTHING else for your accommodation, this place cannot be recommended under any circumstances.
