This hotel is a hidden gem situated in the hills/ heart of the town. The hotel is clean and staff friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend it to anyone. Breakfast is on point and , courteous staff.

Lovely hotel, wonderful staff. Pyrgos such a wonderful retreat from the crowds of Fera and Oia. Denise on the front desk is a joy to deal with, friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff are also wonderful. Highly recommended

This hotel was absolutely fab! We had the honeymoon sweet and I can say this was all we needed! It was so quiet and peaceful and the breakfast was great everyday! The hotel is also a 6 minute walk to a plaza that has many restaurants and a couple souvenir shops. The hotel is also near the kastelli and about a 10 minute walk up the stairs. Overall we had a great experience with sky falls and if I come back this will definitely be my go to spot

We arrived at Skyfall suites and were immediately impressed. From the start to the finish. The service was top notch, we even did a spa day and had the best massages/facials. The view was so beautiful and I would highly recommend this resort! Thank you sky fall for making our honeymoon magical!

Peaceful, quiet, spacious rooms, helpful staff, amazing sunrise view, delicious breakfast! The only downside is the jacuzzi is cold and the temperature can’t be changed. We went in late May and it’s too cold to feel comfortable in it.

I had an amazing stay at Skyfall Luxury Suites and were very satisfied with everything. The location high on the mountain is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and quiet — perfect for a relaxing holiday. The suites were very clean and extremely beautiful. The staff were outstanding: very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with an extraordinary view that made every morning special. The infinity pool was absolutely fantastic and added even more to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

It’s a very nice location to stay and it's not very far from the airport. It’s not as busy as it is in Fira or oia. A heads up for North American travellers that they don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed and you throw it in the waste bin after doing your needs. Do not rent the Atv from their affiliated partners, I had a bad experience with them and don’t expect proper communication from them as it is a crime to inquire or ask more questions. I do think they charge more too. There’s a lot of rental place out there and you can negotiate with them for a good price. Overall it’s a good place to stay.

From the moment we arrived all the staff were exceptional! Front desk helped us organize a catamaran tour, and a private 5hr tour. We had breakfast every morning and the dining staff were practically waiting for us and remembered little details about how we liked our breakfasts. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s very quiet and the views are spectacular! It’s very close to a mini market (or 3) there’s a few cafes, a pharmacy all within 5min walk, even the town of Fira felt close and there’s A LOT of shopping to be had there! Skyfall is a 5/5!

The breakfast was phenomenal! This is what made this hotel a 5 star hotel. The facilities and surroundings were also beautiful and very clean. Amazing views and great location---walking distance to all the tourist areas and restaurants. The spa was beautiful as well. However, the actual suite was quite small and the bathroom was a 4 star at most. The rain shower head did not distribute equal amounts of water. The housekeeping staff was not very good at refilling toiletries. The white towels looked quite old. They were not soft and looked a bit greyish in colour.
