Good location, especially if you are after something quiet. Easy bus connections to other parts of the Island i:e Thira and Perissa. Staff are really helpful and friendly and always approachable when needed. Especially hotel manager Christopher and his team. Important to keep in mind the location is on an uphill in the village therefore is not adaptable to anyone with mobility needs. Otherwise on a positive note hotel has the best views of the island.

No heat, we were freezing. No hot water, we couldn’t take a shower. We had to cut short our vacation. Also, the pool is not heated and there is no spa.

The bedroom looked really good, and also the private hot tub. What let it down was the wifi was not working which i mentioned 3 rimes but nothing got done to resolve. Same forvthe tv and fridge. Breakfast qas slow and too relaxed

工事中とかの一時的な理由ではありましたが、WiFiがなく、旅行者には致命的でした。お部屋は素敵でしたが、扉の鍵がうまく回らず、出入りのたびにホテルの人をよんで、鍵をあけてもらっていたので、ちょっと面倒でした。

This was definitely not a luxury hotel. Rooms and amenities were very poor. It did not remind a five star property. The staff however were very friendly and tried to keep you happy. Also the location and view were very good.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unique property. However it would have been nice to know in advance that there was a donkey to get our luggage up the many stone steps to the hotel which is not accessible by vehicle. We had a cave house room which was incredible. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Views from hotel were breathtaking.

Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, ni la SDB,pas de vue depuis la chambre, propreté des murs très moyenne, car plein de poussières,lavabo bouché, eau chaude très limite, pas possible de faire 2 shampooing, sèche cheveux obsolète. Hält nicht, was es verspricht

Eigentlich bewerte ich sehr ungern negativ, aber ich denke, man sollte doch ehrlich mit uns Gästen sein und im Prospekt nicht eine 5* Sterne Welt suggerieren, die es nicht gibt. Im übrigen ist das Hotel auf keinen Fall für fußkranke oder herzkranke Menschen zu empfehlen, da es nur über Treppen zu erreichen ist, Hotel liegt sehr schön, Gebäude aussen renoviert und ansprechend. Dann aber -zumindest bei unserem Zimmer - kein Fenster, kein Balkon - keine Aussicht. Das Zimmer war ein Schlauch mit Gewölbe unter dem man schläft. Tageslicht kommt nur durch eine Luke in der Tür, die man jedoch auch schließen mußte, da sonst die anderen Gäste in das Zimmer schauen können. Es war wie in einer Höhle - wer es mag?! Nach der Beschreibung im Hotelprospekt des Eigentümers und auch des Anbieter war dies nicht ersichtlich. Die Einrichtung schlicht, das WC und Bad aus den 70ern, die Messingarmaturen nicht gepflegt, sondern mit Patina und Kalkablagerungen, die Duschtrennwand nicht gereinigt. Die angebliche Küche hatte überhaupt kein Geschirr und kein Besteck, lediglich einen Wasserkocher, einen Kühlschrank und Herdplatten ----wofür? Was gefallen hat, war der Koffer-Transport Service mit dem Esel, der reibungslos funktionierte. Der Abholservice war auch nötig, da man a) das Hotel nicht auf Anhieb finden würde, b) die vielen Treppen das Kofferschleppen zur Strapaze machen würde. Beim Frühstück gab es das Gedeck, Nachbestellung von Brot ! war nicht möglich - "it is not in the account"

Fab hotel with very helpful staff

Great hotel with a big nice breakfast in the morning, brought to room at no extra charge. The private jacuzzi was nice but would recommend getting the one with the view rather than enclosed courtyard, not much privacy from neighbours. Staff were exceptionally helpful and rang up whoever we needed to sort things out for next day (boat trips, car rental, etc). Really enjoyed our stay!
