Room service staff kept our room spotless. Their airport van service to and from airport is the best I've seen. Olga our front desk representative (on arrival) met us with a warm smile and her suggestions guided our search for my wife's Spanish ancestors; some of whom had immigrated to the US from Madrid about 80 years ago. Because of Olga, we were able to locate and honor and pay respects to the Fernandez family ancestors we found in the San Isidro Cemetery. Olga is a credit to the Crowne Plaza Hoteland IHG family."

"The room was excellent - set as a twin room it actually felt like it was for two individuals (space between the beds) rather than two duvets put on a double! In spite of the ongoing renovations the service and standards were high - I couldn’t fault the staff or the food. Would definitely come back. "
