Fantastic Hotel

It was very nice hotel and I got very nice service. Every rooms are assigned a service staff member, so you can easily request service. It offers a variety of things to see and enjoy, including a water park, aquarium, large swimming pool, and various performances. I got great memory in Sanya.

施設、設備、スタッフの応対等大変快適でした。ただし、通過の両替はホテルでは不可。近くの銀行も不可でタクシーで10分程の中国銀行まで行かなければなりません。百度マップがあれば、バスは大変便利。僅か2元で大体市内どこでも行けます。空港までタクシーを呼んでもらおうとしたら、自分で探してくれと言われたのが残念でした。空港まで、50元ほどで行けます。

The hotel giving a surprise birthday cake to my hubby. Thanks for the good gesture. The Thursday, 12.09.2019 morning on duty swimming pool staff was not very friendly and wonder did he controlled the jacuzzi to stop whenever we wants to use it. The customer service level of this hotel is excellent. During our stay, there is one male staff in particular provided high level of attentiveness, going the extra mile. We are grateful for that. Breakfast was superb with good variety. Overall, the stay was a pleasant one.

The view was great from high floors. Although I didn’t use the gym or pool, it’s a big plus for guests. The front desk staff were very helpful. One of them (sorry I can’t recall her name), even drew the direction to nearby Malls. She also helped to wrap the coconut Shell tortoise we bought from the gift corner. Well done overall.
