Recepção diferencial! Todas as recepcionistas de diferentes turnos muito educadas, simpáticas e prestativas! A moça do café da manhã super atenciosa e tomando todos os cuidados neste momento de pandemia. Quarto confortável e hotel com boa localização. Estacionamento privativo e seguro em frente ao hotel. Bom custo beneficio

Staff extremamente atencioso e prestativo, serviço de quarto bom e café da manhã com uma variedade muito grande, o que nos surpreendeu positivamente. O único ponto de melhoria, que é um dos principais para mim em um hotel, foi o colchão, que não era tão confortável. Foi ok para uma noite mas não para mais. No geral a experiência foi positiva.

Localização muito boa. ótimo atendimento. Porém... muito barulho durante a noite..... Para quem queria dormir um pouco mais cedo (e olha que eram 11 horas da noite) o barulho de vozes e risadas foi até perto das 2 da manhã.

Equipe do hotel nota 10. café da manha bom. cama um pouco dura para meu gosto. quarto tamanho ok instalações em geral ok muito barulho de trem a noite, acaba dificultando o sono para quem fica mais de uma noite, afinal nao é nada agradável dormir com barulho. muito barulho nos corredores pelos hospedes. hotel que frequenta mais homens do que mulheres. longe de tudo, nada de comercio na redondeza para ir a pé.
