Todos os quartos do último andar fediam esgoto e a noite o barulho das máquinas de ar condicionado eram insuportáveis. Graças ao excelente atendimento do George, que a meia noite conseguiu mudar a gente de andar e quarto. Estadia boa, porém não responde ao padrão mercure, definitivamente.

Cama/ edredom muito confortáveis. Travesseiro poderia ser melhor. Mesa espaçosa no quarto. Jantar gostoso. Estacionamento em garagem coberta, com manobrista. Localização boa, fácil acesso de carro aos bairros centrais e Atravessando avenida/viaduto se chega ao shopping colinas a pé, aparentemente seguro. Check in foi desconfortável pois chegamos com filha dormindo no colo, cachorro, malas, não tivemos ajuda para as malas e ainda Mandaram com a chave pro prédio errado. Nesta situação poderia ter havido concierge pra ajudar a realocar com as malas pelo menos. Senti falta de uma copinha para cuidados com itens e comida de criança. Academia espaçosa e espaço de piscina agradável. No geral, bom custo-Beneficio.

Tive problema com meu chip e precisava fazer uma ligação. Simplesmente não tem como fazer ligação do quarto! E na recepção as atendentes disseram que podiam fazer mas não sabiam fazer quando foram tentar.

A unica observação a fazer é referente ao chuveiro que molhava todo o banheiro saindo por cima do box. No demais foi excelente o atendimento de todos os colaboradores. Excente Hotel. Ainda mais que aceita pet.

Ok, mas ja foi melhor

Apartamento de tamanho bom e limpo. Atendimento cordial. Entretanto a cama king não é bem king. Ja estive em outros hoteis que a classificariam como queen. Alem disso, pedi na reserva um andar mais alto w me colocaram no primeiro andar. O hotel lembra o que era o Ibis antigamente, quartos bons e todo o restante (cafe, estacionamento, etc) pagos a parte. Nao vale o custo-benefício e, caso esteja esperando algum diferencial pelo preço pago irá se decepcionar
