Good location and the price is right

Good location with free parking. The Parque das Aguas, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Good breakfast with fruits and typical cheese bread. The rooms are clean and everything works fine. You can use the swimming pools of the Metropole Hotel . The hotel is an old building, but not a big deal though. My concern is the noise due to my room was in front of the street. Summarising, the hotel has a good cost/benefit.

Apesar dos comodos serem antigos, o local e previlegiado. Tem estacionamento, fica perto de tudo, ecxelente localizacao, equipe muito bacana.

Agradável estadia, staff do hotel atencioso, quarto espaçoso, café da manhã bom numa ótima localização no melhor ponto de São Lourenço a 05 minuto do calcadão e parque das Águas.

O hotel possui boa localização, dispensando uso do carro. Mas a cama de casal eram 2 colchões de solteiro unidos e o quarto em que dui jnstalado fazia fundos com a cozinha de outro comércio,deixando cheiro de comida dentro do quarto e produzindo bastante barulho.

Lugar acolhedor e de ótima localização

Localização muito boa. Atendimento espetacular. O ponto realmente negativo foi de que a cama de casal era na verdade duas camas de solteiros juntas. Isso não foi bacana. O quarto não condizia com as fotos. Era bem antigo, mas bem limpinho. A cama foi o ponto fora.

Parou no tempo.....

Fiz minha reserva desde Outubro/24, para uma quarto triplo , apesar de ser um casal pois imaginei que seria um quarto mais amplo e melhor, porem quando cheguei percebi que haviam reservado um quarto duplo. Tive que questionar e solicitar a troca. A equipe é educada me trocaram de quarto porém ainda iriam limpar o novo quarto e como o hotel estava cheio fiquei num quarto super longe do elevador. Apesar do quarto ser silencioso ,tivemos que levar as malas para um lugar longe. A sorte é que somos IDOSOS ativos porque outros com problema de locomoção seria difícil. ( não tem carregador de mala no hotel) Senti que me deram o único disponível. Como minha reserva foi feita em Outubro, já deveriam ter deixado meu quarto TRIPLO limpo com antecedência. Não gostei disso.... O Hotel possui ótima localização, estacionamento grátis, muito bom o café da manhã , funcionários educados, porém parou no tempo...instalações antigas, roupa de cama precisando de modernização (Mantas não embaladas e surradas) , ar condicionado de parede barulhento , travesseiros antigos. A limpeza foi boa, pois limparam diariamente. Não sei se voltaria a ficar neste hotel, pelo preço.

Gostei muito, porém para idosos não tem uma pessoa que tirei suas malas do carro e encaminhe ao quarto. Outro ponto são cachorros que adoro, porém a gente está tomando café e os hóspedes levam o cachorro p fazer xixi no Jardim em frente ao refeitório, o que leva a deixar cheiro de urina.

Estadia perfeita! Recomendo

A estadia foi dentro do que foi planejada. A localização do hotel é perfeita se onque deseja é estar próximo do centro da cidade e dos "points" mas ao mesmo tempo longe o suficiente para não ter os incômodos de barulho e trânsito (pessoas e veiculos). Preço justo pelo que oferece e principalmente pelo que precisávamos nessa viagem. Cordialidade dos funcionários é um ponto positivo a ser ressaltado.

ESTE HOTEL NÃÃÃÃO tem piscina NEM academia! Mas as fotos mostram esses dois itens. Paguei mais para ter esses itens! Nos dias de festa o hotel dobra o preço da diária! Faz calor em S. Lourenço, que não oferece muito além do parque. Frustrante.
