The staff was super friendly and polite. The only problem we ran across was feces in our closet. Made me question the cleanliness of the room. Called Expedia, but they could not communicate with the property due to language. It was a very disappointing transaction because I had trip insurance and thought Expedia had my back.

Pontos positivos: estacionamento fácil e seguro, localização excelente, café da manhã bom, bom atendimento. Pontos negativos: quarto com janelas de madeira faltando vidros, lixeira sem tampa (sujeiras expostas), cama de casal utilizando 2 camas de solteiro (causou dor no corpo devido emenda), corredores de carpete (causando alergia).

Ficamos apenas uma noite! O rapaz da recepção muito prestativo! Um excelente atendimento! O quarto também muito bom, porém como estava muito frio as cobertas disponíveis achei pouca. Poderia ter mais edredons. O café da manhã uma delícia, muitas variedades!! Voltaria com certeza!

Equipe de funcionários prestativos e educados. Hotel possui um bom estacionamento. O quarto apesar de bem limpo faz comunicação com o outro quarto ao lado através de uma porta. Mesmo com a porta trancada, se escuta todo o barulho de cada quarto e a noite incomoda muito. A localização do hotel é boa.
