The place needs lots of renovations. It’s an old building. The bed had no cover, just the sheet. The towels were very thin and there were no hand towels, just one towel per guest. The TV is old and needs to be reset every time you use it. There is no restaurant available just the breakfast in the morning l, which was excellent, lots of options. I needed ice one night and the hotel staff told me there was none! I would not recommend this place.

O hotel está localizado numa região muito aprazível, de frente ao lago da Jansen, entretanto não possui restaurantes nas imediações, a localização do hotel está no meio entre a via litorânea e o centro histórico da cidade, mas indicado para negócios. Como categoria 3 estrelas hotel deixa a desejar por requisitos mínimos necessários para essa categoria. Os quartos são confortáveis, mas as toalhas oferecidas são de qualidade muito ruim, pequenas, finas e ásperas. A limpeza do quarto é mediana e o hotel não oferece amenidades (shampoo, condicionador, etc), somente um sabonete em barra muito ruim, O café-da-manhã é razoável. A academia possui uma esteira e uma bicicleta, não possui nenhum colchonete e nem banco para exercícios livres, já que não tem muitos equipamentos. Fiquei 48hs sem internet e depois fiquei sabendo que bastava reiniciar o modem do andar que eu estava. Enfim é um hotel razoável que deveria reconsiderar algumas melhorias e indicado para trabalho e negócios.
