Quarto em péssimas condições. Foi trocado por conta do mau cheiro, mas o segundo tbem com péssima aparência, parede do banheiro descascando. Ducha vazando, porta do box sem fechar. Aspecto dos móveis e roupa de cama e banho desgastados.

Escolha de hospedagem com base na localização, mas deparamos com aspecto horrível: Porta da sacada sem trava, sofá que não convidava a sentar, banheiro extremamente pequeno, como também a dificuldade para uso do sanitário, com a parede muito próxima.

Já me hospedei várias vezes no local, desde a época do Guinza... nunca tive queixas, apesar do hotel já ser um pouco antigo (vários itens necessitando manutenção)... mas, desta vez, me incomodou bastante a limpeza (ou falta desta) do local. O café foi bom, pelo preço da diária.

Entrei no apartamento 907 não tinha toalha de banho tem que pedir. Pior de tudo cheiro de esgoto forte Depois reclamei e trocou apartamento que menos cheiro do esgoto. Localização é ótimo. Mas não vou mais.

Hotel no bairro da Liberdade bem precário

Pelo preço do hotel, não vale a pena. O quarto tem cheiro de mofo, elevadores antigos. A cama era confortável e o café da manhã tinha grande variedade de pães e bolos, mas o café estava com gosto de queimado. Para quem precisa ficar perto do centro de São Paulo, quer uma cama confortável e não liga para cheiro de mofo é um bom lugar.

Hotel agradável boa localização

O hotel possui ótimas instalações com quartos que parecem mini casas, com sala e copa, e funcionários excelentes. Porém, precisa de uma reforma tanto na fachada, quanto nos quartos, visto que há janelas que não fecham direito, persianas com defeitos,TV e móveis antigos. Outro ponto, precisam estar atentos ao tipo de cama que o hóspede quer, se é casal ou 2 de solteiro, acredito que isso deve ser questionado no check in, e também disponibilizar toalhas nos quartos, para que não seja necessário solicitar, isso já deixa o hóspede mais a vontade.

Uma péssima experiência...

Quarto e banheiro péssimo.Banheiro faltando acabamento (sem piso), roupas de banho (toalhas) em péssimo estado (rasgadas), cozinha com encanamento e fiação exposto, frigobar com mau cheiro, luminária queimada e telefone com problemas. Enfim, as fotos divulgadas no site não condizem com a realidade.

Hotel medíocre. Nota 3.

A estrutura do hotel (e dos quartos) é boa, mas a conservação é muito ruim. O carpete do corredor (muitos tem) fede e é todo manchado. É um quarto e uma pequena sala. Não tem nada de cozinha. Pedi cama de casal. Ganhei 2 de solteiro. Ainda disseram que reservei errado (o que na reserva consta diferente).

Gerador com defeito

Tive uma péssima experiência no hotel já que acabou a luz durante a noite e o gerador do hotel não funcionou. Tive que subir treze andares pela escada de incêndio (que estava no escuro) usando apenas a lanterna do meu celular!

Hotel bem localizado

Apesar da localização, o hotel precisa se atualizar, manter uma equipe de manutenção e conservação vistoriando constantemente as instalações e não ficar apenas aguardando reclamações. Na recepção não existe toiletes, sendo necessário entrar no restaurante para utilizar, o que também deve causar desconforto aos usuários que estão fazendo refeições. Café da manhã muito limitado em opções e o café em si, servido não era agradável ao sabor. Para tentar melhorar, foi solicitado um expresso cujo resultado foi pior. Talvez a validade do pó/grãos estivesse vencidos ou muito próximo ao vencimento.

Precariedade na higiene das instalações.

Reservei um quarto reformado e sem carpete, porém o mesmo estava em péssimas condições de higiene, como por exemplo cortinas com mofo e forte odor, precisei deixar as janelas abertas para ventilar e dormir a noite. Banheiro horrível, um dos piores que usei na vida, também é sujo no rejunte dos azulejo (uma água sanitária resolveria o problema). Desculpem mas não recomendo.
