"Great un assumed hotel, great friendly and helpful staff, that’s a breath of fresh air to the inconsistent service common in São Paulo. Rooms are large, a bit on the old side but well maintained. Room service lacks variety and restaurant staff did not speak English (what’s with that being an international hotel!?) The staff will have me coming back over and over!"

"Bed and room was comfortable, has iron in the cupboard and liked that the room and wardrobe size was spacious with a very comfy lounge chair. I chose to upgrade to the "city view", while you do get the view, but notethat as its facing the main road, you can still hear the noise from the traffic (not too loud), so the room is not entirely soundproof even if the listing is described as much. Overall was still a comfortable stay in a good location, with a vibrant dining scene nearby and the subway was about a block away."

"Nos encantó el hotel. Todo el personal muy amable, el desayuno muy rico. El cappuccino y el chocolate del desayuno es el final. Muy bueno. Lo único es que en la habitación que nos toco hacia mucho frío, sin embargo en recepción gentilmente nos dieron mas colchas. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Volvería! Lo recomiendo. Esta relativamente cerca de todo."
