The staff at the Four Seasons Sao Paulo was excellent. Attentive, prompt, and always courteous. The hotel was beautiful, clean and felt like home. I would definitely stay there again.

Would be nice if the property could provide cleaning service for long stay.
Taking our case for example, we stayed over 7 days and property couldn’t provide at least once cleaning service….. that’s the only suggestion I would like the property administration could take into consideration.

This is a great hotel that offers excellent value for money. Modern design and furnishings. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is quite good, walkable to many restaurants and shops and in a safe part of town. The breakfast was excellent, lots of variety. The pool is very small, so not really useful. Gym is nice, new equipment with a nice view.

The room is nice, modern, and comfortable, but definitely quite small. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and other attractions around the city. Everything is very clean, and the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. Overall, it offers a pleasant and practical experience. A great option for those looking for convenience and comfort, as long as you don’t need too much space.

Fantastic service, great food, great location...I would stay here again.
Few suggestions:
The pool area needs work, we did not find anybody attending or helping us in the locker room. The water was not warm in the pool and we found no towels or chairs to relax in the sauna section - which is necessary after the use of the sauna.
Eco commitment needs to be upgraded: lots of little plastic bottles for water, towels, and sheets were changed every day. As this is nice, I think we can work better...
