"I was accommodated in a studio due to a miscommunication regarding the original booking. The studio was clean and comfortable and I was happy with the alternative provided. The building was a nice residential block, and the location was perfect (close to cafes, restaurant, parks). The studio could be better accommodated for longer stays, i.e. there was no kettle and no cleaning products (including washing up liquid & sponge for dishes). "Very good and new hotel with all the necessities that you might require. The only negative part is the bad sound isolation from the hallway, it feels like the doors are made of paper. You also have to call/email before you check in to get your room number as it's not given to you when you arrive."

"Apartment is in great location. Apartment is very comfortable for two people, it is quite large. It was a shame there was building work going on so the gardens were noisy with construction materials. But once inside the apartment it was great. The four flights of stairs were not ideal. But the helpful staff carried our luggage up for us. A WhatsApp contact number would be helpful."

"KP, owner, is a pleasant individual. We got an upgrade due to a booking snafu. The villa is quaint, clean, and smack at the edge of Chinatown. I recommend the Bamboo House to anyone visiting Bangkok."
