    The Space:

    Enjoy a relaxing getaway in Sapphire Valley at this comfortable condo surrounded by peaceful forest views. The main level opens onto a spacious deck, perfect for grilling, dining outdoors, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air. Downstairs, two cozy bedrooms open onto a covered patio for an additional outdoor retreat.



    Located within walking distance of private Fairfield Lake, the condo offers easy access to the natural beauty and recreation of Sapphire Valley. Guests may also choose to purchase access to Sapphire Valley Resort amenities for a small additional fee. Optional amenities include two swimming pools, a hot tub, sauna, gym, tennis courts, basketball court, pickleball, miniature golf, and access to Fairfield Lake.



    Inside, the open living area provides a comfortable place to gather after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, while the game room offers additional space for entertainment. A washer/dryer, partial air-conditioning, and complimentary WiFi add convenience to your stay.



    THINGS TO KNOW



  • Sapphire Valley Resort amenities are optional and available for an additional fee of $5 per person per day or $25 per person per week. Amenities include two swimming pools, a hot tub, sauna, complete gym, tennis courts, basketball court, pickleball, miniature golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake.
  • This condo has partial air-conditioning on the main level. The bedrooms do not have air-conditioning.
  • Fairfield Lake is within walking distance of the condo.
  • Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
  • All guests must abide by our Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • All properties come with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes a dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Bathrooms will have two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.

Holiday weekend stay for Christmas parade

Great cabin. Comfortable accommodation nice linens and towels. Lots of little things for your convenience like soap, shampoo, etc

Things we noticed

The cabinet door on the trash can fell off as the screws are stripped out and the closet door in the master was hanging and about to fall off which my husband repaired. The kitchen faucet is very loose. The TV in master has no remote so could not use it. There was no A/C on the lower level only a fan and was hot at night. Lastly, there was a SNAKE in the master bathroom which we removed and threw outside. The overall appearance is old and the outside patios and grill could stand a good cleaning. We will not be staying there again.PS… we did not strip the beds or start the dishwasher because we did not see your email til today as we were at our sons wedding and didn’t check emails til after we left. We do apologize for that. There are dried clean towels in the dryer.
