"We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Sapporo Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to explore Sapporo and get around the city. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing a perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. We also appreciated the attention to detail and the overall quality of the hotel. Everything was seamless, from check-in to check-out, and the hospitality truly stood out. Overall, the Grand Sapporo Hotel was an excellent choice for our visit. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo. A memorable stay made even better by the wonderful staff and hospitality!"

"Bed was quite comfortable, but several large pillows. The bathtub was massive, perfect for a long bath after a long travel day. The highlight, though, was the well equipped gym. It is one of the better hotel gyms we’ve ever used."

"This was the first time I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Susukino. I stayed there for 4 nights. It’s a well located hotel within easy walking distance of local metro stations and Sapporo Station. As it’s centrally located close to the vibrant Sapporo centre. It’s also well positioned and a 5 min walk to Ramen Alley and lots of other restaurants and bars etc. The hotel staff were always very polite and helpful. From the reception team, the housekeeping team and of course the restaurant staff. All were a credit to, not just Holiday Inn Express. Clearly embracing Japanese, politeness and hospitality. The hotel is spotless. Likewise. was my room. The room had the awesome Holiday Day Express shower. shower. The bed was comfortable with either the firm or soft pillows. The room also had a small functional fridge. I used the gym. Unfortunately, it only had a small range of CV equipment (3 x Running Machines & 1 x Exercise Bike). There were also a couple of core exercise balls and some mats. The space available in the ‘gym’ would easily allow a couple of Elliptical trainers..! I hired a car to explore the beautiful coastline and local region. At night, i was directed by to use a local ‘hotel recommended’ car park. Overnight charges were ¥3,900..! This aspect was disappointing. As there was no discount which is advertised. As I very much enjoyed Sapporo and my stay at the hotel. I would still recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Express Susukino and hope to return."

"Stay is in a quiet neighborhood and there are strict rules to not make any noise throughout the day or night. There aren't many shops around and only one 24hr konbini late at night. The couch was very old and was not at all how it looks in the photos. Nice to have a whole kitchen to use but there is only forks and chopsticks. There are cutting boards but no knife to cut anything, only a pair of scissors."

"Great stay. Room was very tidy and had everything we needed. Central location and the check in procedure was a breeze. Only issue was that the water was turned off when we arrived and it took us a while to figure out how to get it turned on."

"Very spacious, clean, facilated villa, host were very generouly with supplyingfood and drinks for us. It have great reach to ski and Sapporo city centre if you have car. The only drew back for us is no dish washer and only 1 toilet, other then that it's perfect for my family would definitely book again."

"the location is excellent. We drive and can park the car downstairs. There is a very nice Starbucks house just 3 mins walk away. Within 10 mins walk you can find a very nice shopping mall (MaxValu Maruyama Class Store). The flat is spacious and sufficient for six of us. Two bathrooms are a valid advantage. The obly comment is the kitchen ware is highly insufficient for cooking. Also please add a coffee machine there will be nice."
